Quaint studio apartment in Dunedin Fl. The apartment is one mile to downtown Dunedin, 4 blocks from the intercostal and 6 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. There are many great beaches to chose from. The Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with no issues . Kids may come out and play in the extended driveway with basketball hoop or play in the street with other children. There is a very friendly labadoddle on property. which stays inside with owner.
The space is located above the garage of our home with it's own entrance and parking. Large back yard if like to catch some sun, read a book or nap. There are many great restaurants to chose from of all liking. Entertainment is endless for adults and children. During the evening time property is well lighted for guest safety. Bicycles are available free of charge for Guest.
