Situated in one of the most exclusive locations of the Athenian Riviera and only 3 minutes walk to the sea, Villa Eve is an ideal destination for a family or group of people seeking privacy and relaxation at only 20 minutes drive from Sounio and the majestic Temple of Poseidon, 25 minutes drive from the airport and 45 minutes from Athens center.

Through the main entrance guests are welcomed to the large living room and dining area. The décor is simple yet warm and refreshing creating an atmosphere of coziness. The light yellow tones of the walls and the light warm colour of the wooden furniture in combination with the brick fireplace give a relaxing and homey feeling to its guests. Large windows lead to a terrace with an outdoor dining area ideal for a casual gathering or a special private dinner from where one can enjoy the peaceful scenery of the garden and surroundings and the view to the sea. Adjacent the dining room there is a large separate fully equipped kitchen which communicates with the dining area through a large opening on the wall.

Large windows create an airy feeling to the kitchen and lead to the swimming pool area. Relaxing sun beds are available around the pool as well as an outdoor shower and sitting area. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper level of villa Eve there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The biggest bedroom of the three has a large balcony with views to the garden and the sea. It has its own bathroom with shower and hydro massage. The other two smaller bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a tub.

Villa Eve welcomes comfortably up to 10 guests. For a larger group of up to 20 people Villa Eve can be rented together with neighboring Villa Adam.
