The recent recipient of a stupendous renovation, this three bedroom home just one mile from the center of downtown Fredericksburg is ideal for family and friends alike. From the moment one opens the front door, it would be hard to not be impressed by the grand, open spaces that greet you and your guests. A fully-equipped kitchen makes even the most extravagant of meals a snap while three lovely bedrooms, each offering a splendid queen bed, serve as the perfect retreat after a fun-filled day. Outside, an expansive, lush backyard and charming covered patio makes a day just spent at the house a tantalizing prospect.

*Please be aware that firewood for the fireplace and fire pit is not provided. If you will be using the fireplace, please be sure to only use a Duraflame log (or a similar product). Do not use natural wood.*

LOCATION - 2 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS - Newly renovated home to yourselves
SLEEPS - Up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms; Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a trundle bed in a separate area, and the other two bedrooms have Queen beds
BATH - 2 baths; The Master bath has a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity, the other bath has a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen
BREAKFAST - None; coffee and teas provided
AMENITIES - 65” Smart Cable TV, wood burning fireplace (wood not provided), WiFi, front porch, private back yard, fire pit (wood not provided) with seating, gas grill, large back yard with wooden swing and outdoor seating

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The bathrooms were spacious and the bedding and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed... Only 23 drink koozies though. :)Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Gorgeous home, great spacious layout, great location, comfortable beds, needs a good deep cleaning. During our stay myself and my family kept saying we loved the design and layout of this spacious home. Decor and renovations were done very nicely. The proximity to Main Street was awesome and the neighborhood felt safe. However, upon arrival we noticed the home could definitely use a more thorough cleaning and maintenance in between guest stays. The air conditioner didn’t work super well, the remotes to the fans didn’t match the rooms they were in and would turn other fans off in other rooms. Many of the door handles were coming off as well. We noticed things such as mold in the washing machine, pink bacteria and residue in the showers, old toothpaste splatter on the faucets and mirror, what seems to be spilled coffee on the cabinets, previous guests belongings in between the bed and nightstand, hair in the bathroom, and bugs in the laundry room. I would ultimately stay here again if I was visiting Fredricksburg just because we loved the home so much, but I would suggest to the management company to hire a more thorough cleaning crew to ensure the home stays clean and sanitized between guests.

Great house located near Main Street. Master bedroom suite was huge with gorgeous soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms were large. Nice backyard with fire pit. Beautiful kitchen and living room. The only feedback for improvement would be to have a working ice machine in the fridge or ice trays. Otherwise very nice and affordable!

This home was gorgeous and really great decor, but it really needs a deep clean. The headboard in the room I slept in was coated in dust and the trim all through the house was the same. The cabinets in the kitchen have food drips down them as well as the backsplash. This is normal stuff that happens over time, and the place was very tidy, but for sure in need of a good deep clean. The providing of coffee was such a nice touch and we had such a blast for our mom’s getaway weekend! Thank you for opening your home to us.

This has to be one of the best locations we have ever experienced. The house is well equipped, comfortably decorated with high quality linens, furniture, beds! We only booked 2 nights and could have stayed a lot longer. Great place!
