It offers a large flat screen TV, updated appliances and includes a washer/dryer combo. This nicely remodeled unit Directly facing the Beach, if you wake up early enough, you can see dolphins making their way down the Gulf every morning! This is the perfect mid-rise complex that offers numerous amenities; private parking, 3 outdoor pools 1 large children?s pool, an outdoor Sugar Shack serving food and drinks. It is conveniently Located to excellent restaurants, 2.2 miles from Gulf Shores and the Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, 3.4 miles from Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, 3.2 miles from Waterville USA Water Park, 0.8 to the Welcome Center and less than 12 miles to OWA Amusement and entertainment park. It is conveniently very close to numerous Airports. It is also a very close equal distance in between the famous Flora-Bama and The Hangout Venues. Sugar Beach 342 is the perfect place for Snowbirds and families all year round!

This condo really needs an entire make over. Furniture is very old and out of date. Needs cleaning and painting. It has a nice small balcony with a great view of the beach, but it has two old chairs on the patio. The mesh seat ripped after sitting in one for a couple of minutes and we reported it to the rental office. They said they would have to check with the owner before they could replace it. Never got replaced. Do not rent this condo. Spend a few more dollars and rent a a better equiped condo.

Location excellent property needs to be cleaned before renting and definitely need s living room new furniture and bar stools needs new broom too overall disappointment was with having to go in and clean when I paid hefty price for it to be clean otherwise this unit is nice just needs clean and updated

Everything was as expected! It was all we needed for our short stay! We love Sugar Beach and this way our first time staying in one of the front units, beautiful views of the gulf!

Perfect girls weekend

A friend and I stayed for Mother’s Day weekend. It was perfect for two. The upstairs room was great, bed was super comfortable. The view from the living room to beach is great. We didn’t use the kitchen at except the coffee pot. Will use again.

Great location

This place is a great location. However the y need to update the place. The kitchen stuff was out dated and coffee pot needs to be replaced they need to add more silverware. Other than that it is really nice. Would stay there again
