Enjoy side t spectacular views of the gulf from the balcony. Warm white sand beach and sparkling emerald blue-green waters are just steps away. Our condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated.We have 2 large wall mounted flat screen TVs with attached DVD players, a large dinning table,and FREE internet.The sugar shack snack bar is located pool side.charcoal BAR-B-Q s are available beachside.

Sugar Beach is known as the most family friendly condo on the beach. Featuring four swimming pools including one kiddie pool,one pool is heated throughout the year with new decks, and comfortable lounge chairs. Restrooms and showers/changing station on the beach. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with great views of the Gulf, convenient to elevators and stairs. Luggage carts are provided for your convenience.We take pride in providing you with one of best equipped and cleanest units at sugar beach.

Great Location!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Bed was super-comfy and location was easy to get to all of the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores spots. Multiple pool options also made swimming better for any non-beach times.

Everything we needed!

I found this property looking for a safe place near the beach for my 18 year old son and his 2 friends to stay over spring break. It was perfect for them. Vaughn responded to my messages quickly and even offered to watch out for them which was reassuring as a mom being 1,000 miles away!

Great Location on the Beach

What I loved was the heated pool and the beautiful beach access. Great location across the street to the Gulf Shores State Park with hiking and biking trails. The construction of one tower is completed and they are working on the last one just outside of the balcony. The noise did not bother us too much. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for us. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Very pleased with our stay here. Above and beyond clean and very family oriented. We felt very safe and secure just as if it was our own home. Very peaceful and convenient location, we also loved that it has the shack downstairs for food, drinks, floats, sunglasses, and more. Security that works the entrance also furthered our feeling of safety. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Elevators made our unloading and loading easy too. This condominium is well worth staying at - very impressed with the affordable price as well.

We were very disappointed with the elevator service at the complex only one was working the entire week we were there and the one that was working was extremely slow. The parking lot needs major repairs and the lighting at night needs to be brighter. It appears the overall appearance of the complex needs some upgrades. Also with number of pools maybe one of the could be all adult. Thank you.

Sugar Beach Condo Orange Beach, AL

Nice 80’s-ish beach front property in close proximity to dining & shops. We were there last week of February 2025. Maintenance crews busy making updates to outdoor areas. Owner was very nice & addressed our concerns promptly.Staircase to upstairs doesn’t have handrail to upper 1/3 of the stairs. Having a 5 month old knee replacement made navigating the stairs a bit difficult.
