Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels on dryer Trash cans located across the street in extra parking area You have to push start button again on dishwasher if you open the door to add any dishes after it’s been started
Turn upstairs and downstairs thermostat to 55 in heating season If it’s summertime leave air conditioning on Close all windows that may have been opened
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check in(2:30)/ late check out(11:00) $45 for each occurrence .
Put umbrella down when not sitting at the table as the wind off the lake will destroy it. Please keep off the neighbors raft.
Please return any items (chairs, kayaks,) moved back to where they were.

The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, my friends and I had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The private location on the lake was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was exactly the kind of setting we were hoping for.The host was very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful lake getaway!One note: watch your head going up and down the stairs!

House was very nice & neat as a pin! Phil was very responsive when we had questions. Check-in was easy with a door code. Phil has a boat ramp right on the property which made getting the boat in the water very easy and, since there’s no public launch on the lake, we wouldn’t have been able to get the boat on the water otherwise. We were only able to stay for a week this year but thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Well maintained, clean, and quiet location

The house was a nice stay for two nights for a graduation at Saint Anselm. Quiet street and right on the lake with a great view.Ample parking for 4 cars and just the right size for 6 adults.Owner communication was excellent. I would recommend this property.

Five stars all around. Beautiful property - clean, up to date, and easy to access. Phil is a great host who is very responsive. Neighborhood is awesome - lots of long time residents and all are very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Lake house - perfect location

We love staying in this great Lakehouse. A family of ducks visit us each year, and there was also a great blue heron. That was fun to observe. :) the property is the air and well maintained.
