Approx, 2, 300 sq, ft. Amazing location! Walk to town lift, walk to town. Two separate living areas on main floor. Fully stocked kitchen. This is our vacation home, too, and we stocked it as we would want it. Not just any rental. Special, personal feel.

We live in Los Angeles but love the mountains and the change of scenery. We purchased this property as a 2nd home/rental property and because we wanted our children to experience the mountains, skiing and lakes. We hope to retire in Park City someday so we renovated our house and furnished it for us to live in, not as a rental. It is unique in that respect. Very personal and warm.

Why Kim Bantle chose Downtown Park City
We originally looked in Deer Valley but love Old Town and wanted our children to have some freedom. While we all enjoy skiing, our favorite thing to do is to walk to Main Street for dinner. Especially in the snow! (And, it's so nice to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot and watching what we drink :)).
What makes this house unique
Great restaurants, fun outdoor activities, beautiful year round. We enjoy Park City as much in the other seasons as we do in the winter. We white water raft in the spring and water ski, golf, hike and bike in the summer. We like to ski but also enjoy other winter sports and Park City has it all. The restaurants and nightlife are much more fun than we anticipated!
