The Cotton Patch in Cherry Grove: Walking Distance to Beach! Private Pool!

The Cotton Patch is a large family home that is only steps away to the beach in Cherry Grove. This house is perfect for blended family vacations since there are kitchens and living areas on both levels. This comfortable home has a private pool with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. There also is an outdoor shower located next to garage which is perfect to use when coming back from the beach to wash off all the sand. The owner's have provided a grill, you'll just need to bring the charcoal! There are full kitchens on each level so you can enjoy family meals or quick snacks. There are also living areas on each level so your family can relax in the evening watching their favorite shows on one of the many flat screen TVs in the house.

Each level has a queen bed in the primary suite and it has been updated with fresh paint. There is a double in the 2nd bedroom and a queen and a twin in the 3rd bedroom. There are new ceiling fans in all the bedrooms too! There are TVs in most of the bedrooms. There is a bathroom in each of the primary suites and a hall bathroom on each floor as well as a half bathroom under the house by the pool. All of the full bathrooms have also been updated with new flooring, new mirrors and new commodes. The kitchens are fully stocked and has everything you need to do some good southern cooking. They have also added a new Refrigerator and microwave on the 2nd level.

This home is right down the street from the beach in Cherry Grove and is walking distance to Boulineau's and many other restaurants. The Cherry Grove Pier is nearby if you enjoy fishing or just taking walks on the beach. If you would like to rent a golf cart or bring one to use, let us know and we can give you some information on renting. The house will accept a small dog up to 30 lbs. with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL!! THIS PROPERTY IS NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY AND SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY OUTSIDE.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.
