This is a nice place if you want to be near the beach, shops and restaurants. The beach is two blocks from the rental. The rental is very clean but could use some updating. Diana was a pleasure to work with and accommodated us for our early arrival. We enjoyed our stay here and would easily rent it again.

Location. The place was ideally located off Atlantic Avenue near shops and restaurants. Quiet location and a nice pool that was nearly empty most days.

This is our second stay at this VRBO. We love the location to the Ave and the beach. I even got up early one morning and walked right up to the beach to watch the sunrise. It is the perfect size for 2 of us. Would have liked to have been given some more toiletries but we brought our own so no big deal.

Although we did not use the beach during our stay, it was walking distance close. Chairs, towels, an umbrella and cooler were all at our disposal. The condo was clean, bright, cheery and well equipped. We were able to settle in and feel completely comfortable. Our property contact, Diane, was helpful and great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again on our next journey to Delray.
