This 'Best unit in the Building' East Island Condominium Condo is a beautiful True Oceanfront / Beachfront 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located in a prime area of North Wildwood. Reviews say it all !! This unit is tastefully decorate in an island theme with many new upgrades added this season. It is equipped with all amenities and is the only unit in the building with 3 Private Balconies to enjoy the breathtaking spectacular views of the ocean. Nothing better than catching a sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee relaxing on the front deck or watching the Friday night fireworks (seasonal) from all three!! Off street parking for 2 vehicles. This is a non-smoking unit.

This vacation was by far our best yet. The place was unbelievably immaculate and the views just couldn’t get any better. We watched the sunrise from the living room and it was amazing to wake up and walk the beach for sunrise. I can’t wait to go back Don’t miss out on this extra special spot! Joyce, the owner was great! Had lots of good insider tips for the area and was quick to reach if we needed anything. Definitely an A stay.

The rooms were lovely, bright and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets. Great bathrooms, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and the private balconies were great. Joyce is an amazing host . From the views and location to the beautiful interior she thought of everything you needed to just walk in and enjoy your stay . We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wildwood going forward and I invite anyone thinking about staying here to do it and you will be happy you did.

Very nice oceanfront condo

Really liked this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 3 private balconies. Watched the dauphins swim by from our living room balcony every morning. Beach chairs included with very short walk to the beach. Brought our bikes as there is a rack to lock them up. Went to the boardwalk every day which is within walking distance. We liked that the ocean is not so far away in North Wildwood as it is south of there. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View and Lovely Property

Condo was in a great location. We couldn’t beat the view and I felt we got a great deal. The owner was very communicative and responded to questions promptly. Only suggestion may be to add new ice cube trays. Highly recommend.

Great beachfront place!!!

This place was perfect for the 5 of us. It’s right across from the beach with great views of the ocean. It is super clean!! The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location.

We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. We walked across the street and spent hours on the beach. The home was beautiful and well appointed. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Host

Perfect. THE first place from the beach access across the street. Love being able to use the rental bathroom from the beach. Host (Joyce) couldn't have been better. Chairs, linens, bath towels provided. Bring beach towels, make a kitchen run after seeing what others left there, and you're set. Will miss the THREE balcony beach views.

Incredible Views

The views from this beachfront condo are incredible! The balcony off the living room was my personal favorite. With the sliding door open, you feel like you’re relaxing on the beach from the sofa. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies with incredible views of the water. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in for many of our meals and found the kitchen to be well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to listen to the waves and glance up at the view while I cooked! The beds are comfortable and I really appreciate linens being included. It was great not having to lug blankets and pillows around. They even had two sets of pillows to choose from- firm or soft. They thought of everything! The neighborhood was great. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, which our boys absolutely loved! You’re also steps away from the sand and water! The boys also loved the beach cart and chairs that are included with the property. The owner was great to work with- she was so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!
