Perfect location! Easily walk into town, to gondola, and multiple hiking trails. It’s also on the edge of town so it’s quieter and absolutely beautiful. You can sit outside on the patio and listen to the creek runningHighly recommend this property. We will be staying here again!

Wonderful stay at Sue’s condo in Telluride! The location was absolutely perfect for walking the town and the Bear Creek and River Trails were literally out the front door. The unit is a lower level unit so the mountain views are limited, but the river trail and creek views were so peaceful and we had a little hummingbird visiting us throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again and hope to do so someday. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Fantastic place to stay

We absolutely love this place. Best stay we ever had in Telluride. The kitchen’s is great, the place is very clean, and the location is absolutely phenomenal. It is close all the great restaurants and just two short blocks away from the main area of town. The owner graciously let us check in a few hours early and she is very responsive and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
