There are 3 different size swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, privte balcony, free private parking. 24 hours security guard and security gate. You would be love this wellknow international designer special designed and decorated contemporary home. It is always keep super clean , comfortable, nice looking. It is also quiet and all green plant surrounded community, and very close to most shopping mall and shopping center, uptown area, close to downtown and easy catch freeway. 40 minutes to Houston international airport. It is also easy go anywhere without highway or catch the highway 8, 59, 6, 10 and 610 etc.
The apartment is in a gated community with swipe card to get in. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Pool was warm and clean.

Good apartment on a nice property

Alan was an amazing host and super accommodating. Our bedframe and box spring were squeaky and he came and changed it out right away. Had a great stay. Apartment has all essentials for long or short stays

Nice, but needs improvement

The apartment complex is really close to Galleria area and is nice and clean. The apartment itself is just like in the pictures, it has a lot of room and space is very well distributed. Alan was there for check in and was really nice. My complaint is in regards to quality and noise. The quality of the mattress, pillows and sheets is very bad. I had to go buy a pillow for my stay, because the ones offered are too soft. Sheets had yellow stains in them, no fitted sheets. Also, the apartment is on the first floor, so there's a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs. We had trouble sleeping with so much noise. I would also suggest offering more towels, dishes and laundry soap. I really hope the owner improves the quality in general of what is being offered because it is in a very nice area.

Just okay......

The pictures of the apartment needs updating to reflect the current status because it's not how it appears. There was limited living room seating for a family of four to be comfortable and we had to deal with bugs. One of the bathroom toilets were not working properly so we were really down to one working toilet. If you have an SUV, the assigned parking is really tight. Did not meet our expectations.

I should preface this by saying we wouldn’t normally have stayed in this place; however, after a different vrbo was not properly advertised we needed a place on short notice. Alan was absolutely great and easy to get ahold of. The property itself was very clean and in a gated complex. I find it difficult to judge the neighborhood but as mentioned earlier I don’t believe I normally would have picked this location. It did have plenty of good food and shopping nearby. I would stay again if needed and overall the experience was fine. Very clean and easy. Thanks Alan

Great location with lovely decor

Alan was so kind to us, as we have been displaced by Hurricane Harvey. We met Alan and Sally at the lovely condominium and it was such a welcome refuge for my husband and I. Since we are rebuilding our home in Houston, this place is a great location for us, very central to many things in Houston. It is decorated so very well, neat and clean. We will be here for a while and find it a blessing that Alan opened his home to us for an extended period of time. The complex is nice, with lots of trees and several pools which are lovely. It is quiet and close to both Westpark Tollway as well as Beltway 8. We are so grateful to Alan and Sally for their kindness, helping us through a difficult situation. Their hospitality and nice condo are such good timing for us. Thank you! Tami and Dale Head

Very quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining

Alan responded immediately when we emailed about the property and even called to make arrangements to drop off they key. His rental is very large and had everything we needed for our stay. Decor is beautiful also! Will definitely stay with Alan the next time we visit Houston.

Nerve Racking

December 2 -4th, 2016 I was going to wait until later to speak with the property manager, but since I couldn't sleep in, due to the upstairs neighbor walking so hard right above the master bedroom since 5:30am, I decided to touch bases with him then. Upon arrival the appartment wasn't clean as I would have expected, after speaking to Allan on how long it takes to clean the apartment. There was grease on the stove, hair in the kitchen sink, there's dirt build up around the tub area in the master bathroom, there's bugs crawling around in the kitchen, bathrooms, ,counters and bedrooms. There's only one skillet, one saucepan and one large pot to cook with. There aren't any extra towles, or bedding. I wanted to lie on the sofa and watch TV, but there wasn't any extra blankets to get comfy. I was really disappointed and embarrassed, due to the fact that my guest flew in from Maryland, arrived before me and had to witness this. I know every property is different, as they should be, but I'm use to having everything I need at the property, except for food. My guest and I had to go and purchase cleaning products, extra towels, washcloths, paper towels and toilet tissue. His reasoning for the lack of accommodations was, our reservation were only two days (lack of bedding, toilet tissue and paper towels) he didn't have time to take inventory (lack of cooking utensils) and he didn't address the dirtiness or bug issue. Upon arriving home received a text with pictures of a cracked iron and he would get back with me on the price after checking at Walmart. I was a little upset about this. He told me he wasn't able to take inventory before we arrived, but made the time to take inventory as we left. I paid for the bowl because I knew for sure I broke it. I feel as if he was taking advantage of me now. I wouldn't recommend staying at this property due to cleanliness, accommodations and lack of customer service.

Nice apartment, easy transaction.

The apartment is very clean & spacious, each bedroom has good closet space. The location is convenient for anyone wanting to stay close to Chinatown, and the Galleria is only about 5-6 miles away. Alan is very nice and easy to do business with. The bathrooms are clean but the bathtubs themselves do need some attention, good water pressure though ;-)

Schönes Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohngegend

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich ein Plätzchen, um draußen sitzen zu können, hat gefehlt. Vom Appartement aus konnte man alles gut erreichen. Die Galeria war schnell zu erreichen, auch in Downtown war man im Nu. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Leider konnten wir die Pools aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen ...

Nice condo in a good location. The owner Alan was very good at staying in touch and getting back very promptly. The kitchen didn't have a lot of dishes so if you plan on cooking a lot that could be an issue. The kitchen also didn't have paper towels or salt and pepper which I was a little surprised at. The condo was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized. The bathroom I used had some mold around the base of the shower/tub which I hope the owner will take care of. A very nice value and I would stay there again.

Quiet, enjoyable stay!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet complex. It is very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is lush and mature. The owner responds immediately to all communications and is extremely helpful. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking meals, but there is a variety of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here on any return trips to the Houston area.

Very nice stay for parents

Had reserved this place for my parents who came from out of town to visit my husband and I in Houston. It was a very nice place for my parents to stay for a week versus staying in a cramped up hotel. It was a very beautiful apartment....nicely decorated...it was exactly like the pictures on the website. My parents really enjoyed themselves. This place is close to so many stores and also the downtown area. The owner was absolutely wonderful and responded to our inquiries in a fast manner. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the Houston area!
