Located right behind Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant on the beach! Balcony overlooks pool and lush, tropical gardens. Palm trees at your doorstep. Beautiful furniture and decor! Great place to vacation!!!
We have 2 condos next door to each other if you need more space! The other is 7112137 on vacationrentals.
Condo is in a small quiet 5 building, 60 unit community. Entrance is on the second level and condo consists of 2 levels, kitchen and living room on main and bedrooms and baths upstairs.

Property was exactly as described. We were very pleased with it.

Wonderful location just a short walk from the beautiful beach. Big bonus was the closet full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc). Every thing we needed was already there. If beach view is not a big deal than this is the place to be!

We enjoyed the property, everything was clean and the upgrade was really nice. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress in the bedroom was really hard and uncomfortable. The beach was only a five minute walk. Will love to come back to this property if the mattress can be upgraded

This condo is the perfect getaway. We have stayed here several times and look forward to many more. It's a quiet and safe area, and it's within a short walking distance to the beach. We wish we could stay longer. You won't be disappointed. 🐟🍍🌅

Close to the beach and great home feel

Everything was as promised and location was perfect for us. We had a four generation trip. My grandmother, mother, myself, and my child. I am an active duty military family and rarely get to spend time with our extended family so it was a nice little place to host a our getaway. Perfect size for the four of us. Check in and out was painless. I never met Ben but we spent little time in the condo as there was a lot to see and do in the area anyway. I have done Airbnb several times around the world but this was my first Homeaway experience. I did find it a little odd I needed to pay for additional insurance bc I thought that was the purpose of using Homeaway services was to back the owner and renter but I do understand why the owners did that. Thanks for making everything so easy!

The condo was very nice you could tell they were still doing some updates but overall was perfect

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Destin Miramar Beach area. The condo had everything we need right down to the sand toys and sand chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach but far enough away for privacy... The swimming pool at the condo was excellant. Very clean and welcoming I recommend this area and this condo for any one with kids or without. A little more minor updates but overall was GREAT

Loved it!!!

The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. Mr. Stanley was so responsive to any questions or needs we had. The location is great - very close to the beach but it's in a quiet location. I love Miramar as it's more of a beach town feeling than Destin which can be overly busy and touristy. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to all of my friends.

Perfect

We were in Destin for my son's World Series. This condo was perfect for our needs for the week. It was just a short walk to the beach and a close enough drive to everywhere we need to go. I would highly recommend this condo for families. It is very clean and spacious. There are some beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas so you don't HAVE to load your car down. Pompano Joe's is right down the street and was wonderful! We would love to stay in this same condo if we go back to the Destin area next year.

Home away from home PLUS MORE!

I simply can't express enough how wonderful of a place this is. This was our first time ever renting a condo and not staying in a chain hotel. My girls are almost 15 and 11 and both were put off by it not being directly on the ocean but after the first day and seeing how close of a walk it was to the beach they both were smitten. I was amazed at how stocked the place was. Seriously...everything. Pots and pans...dish soap...trashbags..broom. Extra towels and wash cloths. Then to find they had extra beach towels in the closet was AWESOME when we would decide to go swimming in the evening and our day towels were still wet...its the small things :) The place was SO CLEAN. One tip not that this will help..but....the bedroom facing the parking lot is a softer squishier bed and the bedroom facing the pool is for sure a stiff bed. I made the mistake of letting our girls pick what room they wanted and they picked the bed that would've suited us more. lol After two nights on the bed that hurt our backs it was hell trying to get them to switch. ahahaha Lesson learned though on future vacations. lol The condo complex is so quiet. I was amazed how gentle and quiet everyone was. The owner was AWESOME at responding if I had a question. Even got to meet his friend who was staying the other condo to make sure our cable box was working. p.s. I spent over an hour looking for an all you can eat crab legs place...and couldn't find one. I even had my friends back home search the web and they couldn't either. Thankfully in the pool on our last day I started talking to an elderly woman who lives in one of the condos and she told me to call Elmos Grill. Sure enough they had endless crab legs! It was fantastic! I would most definitely stay here again!

A fantastic place to stay with only a few VERY minor setbacks

First off, the place was exactly as described on the website. If anything, there were extra amenities that were a surprise to find like beach umbrellas, chairs, extra mattresses, etc.! The place was also very clean and welcoming and was walking (or very short driving) distance from a number of great tourist spots. Being able to walk to Pompano Joe's made for a great first night there. There was an instance when we returned to the hotel to find that the AC was no longer working. We contacted the owner and he was very quick to get someone out there to fix it. Our only complaint was that a few of the doors for the bedrooms and bathrooms would not close, so if you are looking for some privacy, stay with someone who's a bit more cooperative. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

AMAZING

My family and I loved the condo frkm the moment we got their. It was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to toys for the beach for the kids. We will be renting this same condo from now on for our family trips its like a home away from home a breath of fresh air!!!

Wonderful place to stay .. highly recommend!!

I can't say enough how wonderful of a stay my family and I had. The condo is incredibly clean and comfortable with a kitchen stocked with everything but the food. Such a convenience as we tend to forget about the small stuff when traveling. While there is plenty of room inside, it's likely that you won't be there long with your choice of pool in the courtyard or the beach just a short stroll away. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area for a getaway.
