plenty of 'people' room, with a spacious open living/kitchen/dining area. A nice covered deck has breath-taking views of the ocean, right at your back door. Watch the dolphins, shrimp boats, birds, and flying fish! Perfect for watching your children build sand castles, while you take a sun-break on the covered porch.

Gulf front master bedroom (king) and other gulf front bedroom (queen) both open to the back deck.
Each bedroom has a smart TV, clock & hangers and 3 bedrooms have a DVD player.

Kitchen has ice maker, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee pots, a Keurig coffee maker, all major appliances, large crock pot, large roaster, pancake griddle, ample cookware/bakeware, dishes, homemade ice cream maker.

For the little ones, there are 2 high chairs, a booster seat, porta-crib, 2 baby gates, auditory baby monitor, baby tub, baby swing and step-stools for the bathroom sinks..
Outside = deck furniture, chaise lounges, beach chairs, small beach tables, boogie boards, small kiddie pool, sand toys, and a park style charcoal grill.

Bring your canoe, and fishing gear to fish from the beach. Several restaurants are in the area. Just 4 miles from well-know Kiva Dunes golf course. Two miles from Ft Morgan Marina, providing fishing charters. Three miles from historic Ft. Morgan, where you can tour or ride the ferry across the Bay to Dauphin Island.

Perfect Beach House

We had the most wonderful vacation here. Thos house has everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be renting again. The host is amazing!!

Great stay!

Seaside salvation is an excellent host and location! When we go to the beach we prefer a quiet beach and this location was perfect for us! You step off the deck onto the beach which is perfect for us (2 children 4 and under) and allowed easy and quick trips back and forth to the house as needed. They also have anything you could possibly want/need for the beach (chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc…). The host has truly thought of everything and it showed! You will not be disappointed!

New year on the beach.

Easy to locate. Plenty of beach chairs, and all sorts of beach stuff to use. You just walk down from the deck and your on the beach. Lots of books to read and the decor is awesome. Very clean and comfortable feels like home right away.

Loved this House!!!!!

We had a family stay during Thanksgiving! We Loved this house. It was right on the beach! It’s had EVERYTHING you needed and more than any other place our family has stayed at. The owner was very nice and so helpful. We plan on staying here again in the future!

This is our 2nd house that we've purchased in the Ft Morgan area. We are from central Arkansas and love the beach, the solitude, the views and the general relaxed atmosphere.

Why they chose this property

Seaside Salvation caught our eye because it's all 1 level, the layout gives privacy from one side of the house to the other (H layout), and each room has a bonus to it; master has a private bath & opens to the back porch & gulf; front bedroom has a small private bath with a walk-in shower; other back bedroom opens to the screened porch & gulf; bunk room is fun for the kiddos. There aren't many houses across the street from us so we don't have a busy public beach area that's down from us, and the 3 houses on one side of us don't rent so again, not lots of beach traffic. Also, we love the screened porch and the covered back porch, where we can get away from the sun but still enjoy the views, sound of the surf & outdoor breezes.
