We have been coming to Ft. Morgan for years. We loved how spacious the living spaces were and that there were 3 bathrooms. The proximity to the beach was 10/10- no dunes to climb. We also appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival and the help of the property manager while we were there.

The kitchen could use some work and updating. One TV in upstairs bedroom did not work. Property was fabulous with perfect proximity to the beach. Easy parking. Great outdoor deck with picnic table.

The house and view were amazing! We will book this house again. We wished the dining room and living room had blinds on them for privacy at night. And the TVs in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work, but that was alright with us since we had our phones. There are a couple boards on the steps that need replaced, but overall we lived this place!! The porches were great to relax on!

The house was lovely! Right on the beach and not crowded at all. Kid friendly and fully stocked with everything we need. The only thing I’d suggest is to make sure you wear shoes on the porch because my daughter got a splinter in her foot. We’re planning on making another trip soon!

We found the house to be VERY clean, comfortable, well organized and “ready” when we arrived. The beach view is excellent and unobstructed. Walking distance to the beach is very short. The beach area behind the house feels like “our private beach”. The beach was not crowded or overly busy, even though it was “in-season”. Loved the back porch with the three large, comfy rockers! The night view of the ocean, with distant offshore lights and shrimp boats was fun to watch. Very peaceful, quiet place with the sounds of slapping waves and surf. Night time families with children hunting crabs with their flashlights was fun to watch… Nice place!
