Great Beach House with lots of porches. Completely Updated in 2021

Seahawk North is a great beach house located in Bay to Breakers which offers the beach and the bay for your vacations. The beach house has gone through a complete renovation in 2021 due to the damage from Hurricane Sally. My beach house has (4) bedrooms and (3) baths with (2) large wrap-around porches. The kitchen, dining and living area are open to give you a spacious living area. The den/living room has a large flat screen with Dish Network. The dining table will accommodate (8) chairs with bar off the kitchen. Downstairs has a (1) bedroom with queen bed and bath. The upstairs has a large master bedroom with additional trundle with private bathroom. The master has access to the large upstairs porch. There is a (2) additional bedrooms with queen beds and hall bathroom.

Love this neighborhood!

This is our second time staying at one of the properties in this neighborhood and it's our favorite. The beach is close and not too crowded, even 4th of July week. Brad was very responsive on every question I had. We will be back soon!

Had a fantastic vacation. Pool in front of the house was a godsend for the kids when gulf got a little rough during last two days of our stay. We had no problems during our stay. Beautiful home and area to visit.

Really nice house, pool right across the road, short walk to the beach. Great location, family oriented, quiet neighborhood would definitely stay in Seahawk North again. Great Family Getaway

Seahawk North was perfect for a three-generation getaway. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us, the location across the street from the pool and a short walk to the beach was a hit with all, and the property was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Brad the property manager stopped by twice to check in and was extremely responsive on even our last day when the A/C thermostat quit working. Definitely recommend!

Family Beach Trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The home is clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. We had no complaints at all. For our family it’s a great choice, close to the pool and the beach.

Relaxing Refuge

We loved the house and the proximity to the beach was great! Brad did an amazing job managing our accommodations. Kitchen utensils could use some updating. Neighborhood dock on the bayside needs to be more secure. But, overall this vacation was awesome! The house was so cozy. We had plenty of room, and we loved the extra ice maker!!

Great vacay making memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you Brad for always just being a text/call away with a leak under porch. The fresh doughnuts are one of our favorite things now. We also took advantage of fishing on bay side this year, which turned out to be amazing. My 7 year old caught a small sting ray! We got it on video. The home and location are perfect. New beach chairs this year were also a hit. Thanks again for all the memories…. Hope to see you again soon.

Fantastic!

Property is just as listed. We rented this for my daughter's spring break trip with a few friends. The girls had their own space in the master, my son and his friend had plenty of space in their own room as well. Property is very well kept and you can tell they took their time with updates, layout and everything you might need is included. If we ever rent in the Ft Morgan area again, we will definitely be back! PM Brad was great as well!

My family has enjoyed this vacation home the past 3 summers. This year was slightly different. Had my oldest daughters and several senior friends on this trip. It was amazing as always. We love the home and the location. Communication with Brad is always as easy as a text message. The home is well stocked and the ice maker always a plus! Exactly as advertised… My family and I hope to continue this tradition for years to come. We even had a sweet surprise of doughnuts on the porch this year. Thanks again for the memories.

Beach vacation 2022

The house was perfect but the neighbors across the street stole my sons shoes from the boardwalk area and when confronted when we saw they had them on it got a little rough but the uncle of the group returned the shoes and apologized. Then they played loud music every night way after dark after 10 at night so loud that at the end of the neighborhood could hear it . Was very surprised that no one made them turn it down. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and never have had this kind of behavior . The home was great and clean and location was great too but the neighbors across the way not so much . But over all it was a great vacation . Quick walk to the beach and the pool ! Would stay again as long as the neighbors aren’t their ! Lol 😂

Best vacation we have had and we have stayed here the last several years. Great family oriented beach house next to the pools and 100 yards from beach or bay side, where you can fish. My youngest caught a baby sting ray last year; and he caught a baby shark this year. Plenty of parking for all of our cars, which was 4 vehicles. We rent a tent each year, and leave our things under it at night. We have never had anything taken. If you want a relaxing vacay with the family, I highly recommend this home.

The air conditioner stopped working after Tropical Storm Bertha came through. I was worried about a long wait time since the storm might have affected numerous properties. However, the air was fixed within hours, and they even updated us concerning the time we should expect them! Brad was very easy to work with, and quick to address the problem! The house was also in a perfect location! Right across from the pool and not far away from the beach access

July ‘22

My family truly enjoyed our week stay in this home. We had my daughter and her fiancée with their babies almost 2 and 1, my son and his gf, my step son and his gf, my other daughter and her bf, me, my fiancée and our 4 year old in our party. We all had plenty of room. Walk to the beach is literally 4/5 houses down and pool is directly across the street. Kitchen was supplied well. We did have some issues with flooding in the street, but that was no problem once we knew it happens with storms. Small water leak that Brad had fixed quickly both times. This wasn’t anything that affected our stay. We took advantage of the weekly canopy rental on beach and my daughter actually rented a golf cart for the week. The beach was fabulous and not packed like most beaches in July. We even fished in the ocean and caught several catfish. We will definitely be back. One of the most memorable vacations we have had in years.

Could be better

It is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. The house could have been cleaner- ceiling fans have a lot of dust on them, downstairs bathtub at top dusty, under house is a complete wreck with trash and old toys. Because of ants on floor. , we moved back table and tons of food and trash underneath.We needed to be told to not put food out ( like donut box) or ants would come. We also needed to be told AC would freeze up occasionally. The picture in Vrbo makes it look like it is closer to the beach than it is. We had a good week but just a few tweaks and it could be even better.

There were 8 of us in the house and we had a great vacation

Our experience with this property was very good. Brad, the property manager, was very attentive and available to any of our needs that popped up. We would come back and stay at this property again. I have recommended it to friends who are looking for a family environment. The house was clean and we loved the double porches.
