This house was perfect for our growing family. Shae was quick to respond to questions. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Lots of wonderful memories made for my family after my husband’s brain cancer diagnosis that I will treasure forever.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you described your stay as “overall a good stay” and that you found us cooperative and responsive. We do want to provide some additional context for future guests. During your stay, a few maintenance items were brought to our attention, and each was addressed promptly. A plumber was dispatched immediately for the water heater, and a repair technician was sent for the ice machine. While a replacement part for that specific ice machine was delayed in transit, the home does have two additional ice makers available for guest use. We take great pride in responding quickly and doing everything possible to resolve concerns during a guest’s stay, which we did in this case. Given your acknowledgment of a good overall experience and timely resolutions, we were surprised by the 3-star rating. Our goal is always to provide a 5-star experience, and we encourage guests to communicate with us during their stay so we can make things right—which we are always committed to doing.

Family Beach Vacation

The beach house was beautiful and very conveniently located. It was a few steps from the beach and the pool was a wonderful addition. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The beach was beautiful, clean, quiet, and family friendly.

Always a treat, never disappoints!

Prefect fall break

Beautiful home!!

This place is perfect! The layout was awesome, we didnt run out of towels which we usually do everywhere we stay, the view is amazing. Having the beach as your back yard cant be beat. Loved it! Beautiful home!

We would have never left if it were up to me!

This is the perfect beach house. The house is incredibly well appointed. Open floor plan that makes the house seem ever bigger than described.Kitchen is perfect for a large group.The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, the deck is great!We are booking this house again for next summer.

So Wonderful

This is our second time staying here. My family and I love this house so much. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room and it's right in beach. The property manager is so kind and easy to work with. Everything about of experience here was excellent.

Best house in Fort Morgan

GREAT TIME

Really enjoyed the quiet setting this place had to offer. The beach was not overflowing with multiple people and there was not the bustle of the big city. Just as amazing as the first time

This was our second trip to the Salty Pelican Tuex. We absolutely love the location and the house. We have a large group of 3 families and the space is all we need. Great location away from it all but just a quick drive away. The owners are very accomodating and easy to reach. Thanks again Shae!!
