I hate to give this such a great review, for fear others will rent it when I want it! Twenty foot wide balcony directly facing the breezy Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful pool heated to 83 degrees. A quiet neighborhood place great for bike riding. Loved watching the cuise ships come and go (about 4/day). Saw 5 rocket launches from the balcony during the month I was there. Condo is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you could ever need. Full size washer and dryer (don't bring too many clothes). Definitely not the place for the young partier. Thank You Mr. Martinez.

Awesome 2BR 2BA Ocean front condo in beautifully maintained complex

My wife and I have been staying at this same condo complex for the past four years and can’t wait to return each year. The complex is quiet, safe, and very clean. The unit itself has a full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs in each room, and comfortable furnishings. An additional great feature is a king sized bed in each bedroom. The view from the outdoor patio area is tremendous with breath taking sunrises each morning.

Wonderful location, beautiful view from the Living Room and Master Bedroom! Condo was equipped with everything we needed and then some! Pool was great as well! We actually were able to see a Space X Falcon 9 launch from the Beach which was my 12 year old Son's highlight of our vacation ( I should say everyone's highlight) it was pretty amazing to see. Nice private access beach! - Would definitely recommend this Condo!

The unit was very attractive, and had televisions in the living room and each of the two bedrooms. It is in an excellent location - close to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. We were able to walk down the beach and see a rocket launch. There are several good places to eat within a mile or two from the unit. There is also a Publix within 2 miles.

Extended business trip

I had to make a business trip to NASA Kennedy so I stretched the trip on each end for a mini vacation. This condo was just the right choice. Close to Port Canaveral and the great restaurants there, beach view was great, beach was not crowded, and the patio was large so when I brought my coworkers over, we had plenty of room. All in all a great stay.
