This is a very new block and a very new apartment, fresh and clean.
This flat is situated in a cozy area of Tbilisi, a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. A new metro station "State University" opened in September which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are two supermarkets nearby one of which is open 24/7 and another is the cheapest one in Tbilisi. Also nearby you can find some nice cafes and restaurants both with Georgian and European cuisine and a little park.
