The property was immaculate and we lacked for nothing during our stay. When we did need help with anything, the property manager replied almost immediately! I would recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation and we are considering going back next holiday…

This house was fully stocked and was very clean. We were traveling with grandparents and were happy that there were two rooms on the ground floor, three if you count the small room. The pool was also regularly maintained and very clean. It is not heated though and is about the same temperature as the ocean. Not a issue for us as we were using the home as a base to travel to other areas like xcaret park etc.

Amazing property and location.

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic & helped us plan transportation & activities. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my bachelorette trip.

Great location!

The house was amazing and the proximity to the beach was an additional perk. While we did have a few mishaps during our stay, Erin was quick to respond and send someone to have the issue resolved.

Excellent stay!

The loveliest of holidays. Easy, efficient and a beautiful house. Both Erin and Angela were a delight to work with. Highly recommend the house and the area. Great town... enjoyed 5th ave strolling, shopping and dining!

Beautiful beach house while still private

Convenient location a short walk to ferry terminal and Quinta Avenida and restaurants. There is a can stand also in the neighborhood. The beach is perhaps 50 meters from the house but still is incredibly quiet and private given the location. Highly recommend!

Wedding Dreams do come true

Casa Jalach-Naj and Ilich-Naj were a dream. Exquisite views, ample space in the villas, a perfect location. We had our wedding on the beach and our family and friends stayed here with us. Everyone was blown away. We can't wait to come back!

Exceptional! Magnificent

Everything from arrival to leaving 😩 was wonderful. This property is amazing and the service provided by the staff managing the stay is just woderful. Highly recomended. Just hope it is available when we repeat next year

Perfect relaxation

The house was amazing and the location can’t be beat. Everything was as good or better than listed. We are a family of 7 and this was more than enough, could easily have the grandparents or another family with us. FYI the house next door can also be rented with this one for a larger group, which we are considering for next year. Great service from the booking to airport pickup, grocery delivery and cleaning. Great stay!

Adult family vacation

The property was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. The maid service throughout the week was a pleasant surprise, conveniently close to the beach. We had eight adults. Having four king size bedrooms with bathrooms was a plus. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for our group.

This was a great Villa. Quiet neighborhood, steps to the beach, all the amenities we needed. House Keeping did a great job. Any time i had any questions, Angela was very prompt and accommodating. We will be back in the future and will be renting both houses.

Wonderful Villa!!

We stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful house. Location was perfect, house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, soaps, toilet paper etc. We used the 2 bikes for groceries and the beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas plus numerous beach toys.House keepers were excellent and there was a guy at the house daily if we had any problems. Overall it was excellent!

Wonderful property with great communication from Erin. Steps away from the beach and walking distance to 5th Avenue for shopping. The house keeper Maria was amazing. Host was awesome - responsive and helpful and went the xtra mile. Location was perfect - so close to the beach. Like steps! ... Note: the surf did seem to push some rocks to shore, so when accessing the water it felt better with water shoes. Cleaning service o/s. Pool guy great. Pool was a tad cold. Villas were great . Only issues we had were in the Lich Naj villa 1) sofa bed in upper room is not really usable - frame is bent 2) fridge and fan above stove not working properly - but there was a work around and I understand these will be replaced this year. I would come back to this villa. Great for a family reunion . We were 21 pple and this worked perfectly for our group!

Amazing home!

This house was beautiful & perfect for our group of 11. The beach was a stones throw away. We cooked at the house several times & the kitchen was equipped with necessities. Communication & access to the house came with ease. Our house keeper Maria was a gem. There were cards & a welcome booklet on the table table for all the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

On the beach! Perfect!

This house is outstanding. The pictures don’t do it justice. We are avid world travelers and always rent houses. This is the best one yet! We stayed with 4 adults and two little kids (1 and 4 years old). Much larger than it looks in pictures and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms are gorgeous with large comfortable beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It’s actually 5 bedrooms: 2 upstairs including the master, 2 large bedrooms downstairs and 1 very small bedroom near kitchen (not an ideal bedroom to stay in but does offer another full bath). You are just a few steps from the beach. The balconies offer beautiful unobstructed views of the water and you can see the water from the dining room. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The Playacar neighborhood is in the perfect location and adds a level of safety given that it is a gated community. We never had any issues or questions about safety during our stay in Playacar or walking the VERY short walk less than 10 minute walk (we are slow walkers) to Playa del carmen. The Latin Latitudes team that manages the rental are exceptional. Susan helped us with all of our activities and answered all of our questions about the area. Ilena helped with our booking of the house. And Angela was available to answer questions about the house once we were there. The restaurant recommendations in the guest guide at the house were fantastic including La Perla and Patio8. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fantastic vacation!
