For Groups of 8-31 people. Two houses on 225 acre farm. Price is $225 per night for up to 10 people. then $23 per person per night for each additional person.

Two rustic country houses close to each other provide space for up to 31 people. Clean and comfortable.
The main house is 3 bedrooms, 2baths, with living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 10 beds in the main house.
The second house is 2 floors, with a private entrance to each floor. Each floor has a large sleeping area and it's own bathroom. There are 21 beds in the second house.
There is a large pool, terrace , rancho, and outdoor barbecue. Also a volley ball court and soccer field (futbol 5).
There is not air conditioning , but the houses are cooled by ceiling and floor fans throughout, and by the country breezes.
Space for large groups. Ideal for family vacations, retreats, student groups and employee outings. There are a total of 31 beds in the 2 houses.
Located 5 kilometers (3 miles ) off the main highway to Quepos. 20 minute ride to Quepos: 25 minute ride to Manuel Antonio National Park. We rent to one group at a time, so total privacy is assured. Ideal for anyone looking to get close to nature in Costa Rica.
