The property is wonderful. Our family had lots of room to spread out, and easily we could have had another family join us and still felt like we all had space. The pool was clean and refreshing and our kids played every day. Natalia, the concierge, made sure we were linked up with a local tour company and that was a nice way to feel like our vacation spending went to the right people. Tamara, the cleaning lady, was so kind and did laundry for us! It felt like a real vacation for the parents too!I highly recommend the house and everything Natalia recommends.

Great experience for a trip for three couples. Property is in nature with a swimming pool. This was responsive when we needed anything and even offered extra things like to restock with groceries.

The house was just as described on the listing. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 8 that comprised 4 families. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Natalie, the house manager was thorough and responsive if we needed anything and Tamara, the lovely woman who cleaned the house daily, was incredible! We'd definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at the villa in Manuel Antonio! The property is stunning, offering the perfect balance of luxury, privacy, and comfort. It served as the ultimate home base for our Costa Rican getaway—spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly accommodating. If you're looking for an unforgettable escape, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Five stars!

Casa Alta is a wonderful retreat at the top of Manuel Antonio. We were visited by monkeys and iguanas daily. Everything was clean and the host and staff were fabulous. We will definitely book this Casa again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. The stairs can be a little scary with little ones, but otherwise it was a great location and we'd absolutely stay here again. Laundry service was a super nice to have and the pool really kept the kids entertained during down time.

Fabulous stay! Everything was perfect- from the size of the home and the gorgeous pool, to the attentive manager, Naty, and the ideal location between Quepos and MA. Naty helped our many guests arrange transportation and excursions, and was very accommodating and easy to reach; the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our month-long stay; a/c worked well; the housekeeper is included and did our laundry; grocery stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. If/when we return to CR, we would happily stay at Casa Alta again!

We could not have had a better experience at Casa Alta. From the beginning Nati reached out and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. She even had the house stocked with a few groceries so we didn’t have to immediately run out. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors we met were so kind. The groceries are within walking distance as well as many great restaurants. The housekeeper came twice during our visit and left the place so beautiful both times. We would not even hesitate to rent this spot again. Thank you so much for a wonderful first time experience of Costa Rica. Pure Vida!!!

We truly enjoyed our time here. Nady and the cleaning ladies were great. The tour guys that Nady recommended (Henry and Ceasar) were the best. I truly appreciated the time and care that the host took to ensure that our vacation was wonderful.

Our concierge Naty started us off with a bang!! She helped us with grocery delivery, in house chef, taxi, shuttle service from airport, activities and responded quickly every time we needed anything!!!!The house is amazing… poolside hangout and dining, with beautiful views and wildlife, bathroom with every bedroom, housekeeping and laundry service!!!Coming home from a long day fishing offshore to our personal chef making an amazing meal for us was heavenly!!!! Also several restaurants in walking distance with was awesome and two grocery stores within walking distance!!!Not enough words to describe this amazing experience at Casa Alta!!!!

Extremely clean and appreciative of the daily laundry service. Concierge service was very attentive to our needs. Bedroom layout of the house provided privacy for all. Highly recommend this rental.

This was a wonderful stay. The home is in a great location and has space for everyone. Beautiful views and close to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. The parking situation was hard for us because we had a large van, but we made it work and had a great time here.

Loved our stay at Casa Alta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Alta — a lovely property, very well set up and exactly as presented in the listing. Especially enjoyed the sunny pool and the monkeys visiting in the morning and evenings.

Casa Alta was perfect for our stay in Manuel Antonio. The villa has plenty of room, inside and out. There is a decent small grocery/liquor store a 5-minute walk away. Naty was incredibly helpful in preparing for our trip starting months in advance all the way to the day of our departure! Tamara did our laundry and kept the place clean and stocked with clean towels as often as we wanted. We also hired Chef Luz to prepare our first dinner for us and teach us a cooking class on our last night. She was amazing! Her food was so scrumptious, and we really enjoyed learning about cooking and local culture and history from her! We highly recommend this property.
