This was the perfect location ! Convenient to the beautiful Siesta Key beach as well as restaurants and shops in the cute village . The house was clean and spacious with a fantastic outdoor area . Highly recommend this property .

The house was very clean and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We cooked meals every night, used the pool daily. It is a very family friendly home. It was a short drive or walk to the beach and downtown Siesta Key. Grant was a gracious host & very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was impeccable! And it seriously has everything you will need for kitchen use, pool use, beach use, rainy day used (gaming counsel, I think PS5 and board games), outdoor grilling, golfing, workout equipment, and more. I would take the first hour, to explore the premises inside and out so you will know where everything is at. Garage has beach chairs, and umbrella and bikes. Even two little kid bikes with helmets. Storage bins outside along garage has beach wagon, pool toys, kids toys and more. The only thing I did not find is pool floaties to lay on. But not a big deal. And Grant was great with communication and promptness. Excellence house and location!

Great Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the house was immaculate. You can tell the owners really care for this property and it is well appointed with everything you'd need for a great stay. The backyard/pool area is relaxing and great for kids and lounging :) We hope to visit again at some point.

We had the absolute best stay at this property. Both Owner and Property Manager were so helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for our family vacation. Location to the village was great as well. We had a great time!

We had a great time! More than enough things to do especially with the age difference in our group (3-90 yrs). The heated pool was a hit as was the rope swing that my grand daughter did for the first time. The house is beautiful with ample room for everyone. Great memories were made thank you so much! Debbi

This was an awesome property! We loved Siesta and loved our stay here! Kids loved the pool!

The waterway was an awesome little view too! Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with questions. We stayed Sunday- Friday. Yard guy and pool guy did come during our visit. We didn’t mind they were pretty quick but kids couldn’t swim during this time. No biggie to us. As we have owned property elsewhere and had to have these people come. But it may annoy some visitors?? Overall an amazing vacation and a great home to stay, especially with a larger family! Very open!

Wonderful house, great location

We had a fantastic time in Siesta Key, made even better by staying at the Thomas’s house. The house is warm & inviting, nicely decorated for the holidays. It’s the perfect layout for family gatherings with lots of outdoor & indoor entertaining spaces & plenty of private space. The pool is awesome. Access to paddle boards & bikes made it easy and fun to get anywhere. Everyone loved the rope swing. My husband & I hosted our 3 adult children, 2 w/partners. And we had family in the area, who came over for several dinners to play & watch games. It’s a wonderful house in a great location on a gorgeous key. Grant is fantastic to work with…super responsive, considerate and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back!!

SUPER GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!! NICE FOR SMALL KIDS TOO!!!

Our family stayed here recently and had a great time!!! So clean and the outside set-up was fabulous with the pool and outdoor seating area!!!! We had two small children and the home was set up to accomodate them- pack n plays, high chairs, etc. !!!! 3-4 minute drive to downtown and to the beach. Highly recommend!!!
