The space

It's an old new renovated house in center of split. Unique from others is that it has a lot of details that have been in house for long time combined with modern design. It's very cosy house and everything is put there for you to feel like home. You'll be able to see how it feels to sleep inside stone walls all over you and have a view of all splits old red roofs in city center.

Guest access

House is located in Split center so it's easy to find and reach. Taxi and bus station are 3 minutes away walking from the house ( you need to walk that because house is in pedestrian zone ) Main traffic station like ferry railway and bus station are 10 minutes away walking. If you get lost i'm always there to help you not only in finding the house and with your luggage.

Interaction with guests

I love to interact with my guest and show them around house and always offer them to show the neighbourhood and around city. I'm offering them city map and a lot of advices of what to do eat and drink. And i'm alway there if they need something more and i'm always giving them my number so they can call me with no problem.

Hobbit House

This sweet apartment was well appointed, in a fantastic location to the harbor, promenade, Diocletian Palace, and more. All just minutes by foot. Highly recommend arrival before sunset. It was a near to find in the dark without parking readily available.

Apartment on the hill..

This 2 bedroom apartment on the hill in one of the older neighborhoods is extremely well located. It’s very close to the waterfront and old town, but away from the crowds. The space was perfect for a married couple and single friend. Everything worked well . The only caveat is that the hot water tank is small so three can’t shower in succession but that’s easy to work out. While it was quite warm during our stay, there was wonderful cross ventilation in the bedrooms and plenty of air moving to make sleeping comfortable. I noticed on the final day that there was an air conditioner in every room but we didn’t need it. I would recommend this apartment for a simple and convenient place to stay.

Lovely house

The house is lovely and the location is in the old town so is very close to all the good restaurants. The host is very quick to reply to any queries or issues and was really helpful, he even sent us restaurant recommendations. The house sleeps 6 but ideally you wouldn’t go above 4 adults so bear that in mind. Really recommend this place

Fantastic, Historic Varos cottage

We stayed 2 months (Mar-Apr) in this well-appointed lovely Apt., with our dogs. Suitable for long term stays. Great location. Our first time to Split and we loved it! Domagoj is very, very helpful. Apt had everything we needed and Domagoj even brought over a couple extra things. He did everything he could to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this listing and superhost, Domagoj!
