Apartment is located 2 km from the city center¸ in quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops on your disposal. Apartment is newly renovated and well equipped which includes fast wifi connection, air-conditioning, two cable flat-screen TVs and parking in front of the building¸ all available for free. It is located just outside the city centre¸ thanks to which you can avoid traffic jam but it is close enough that the old town¸ the beaches and restaurants are a few minutes drive away.

Lovely

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The beach and city center are about 20/25 min walking distance, but an uber of bolt works perfectly fine aswell.

Great apartment for our price range, right in walking distance of Old Town (sub 30 min)

Five friends and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in Split, and it worked out great for our needs. We stayed 2 to a bed, and had plenty of space. Only thing I recommend is don't accidentally turn off the hot water- we learned that the hard way! Overall great experience, super responsive host, and an easy place to access Split from.

Very good !

We are very satisfied with this apartment. It is convenient, you will find everything you would find in your own house! At your arrival, the apartment is clean, also, there’s a powerful air conditioning, and it is very much needed because the weather was about ~35 degrees Celsius (or more!!) every day during the summer!! The landlord is very friendly and is ready to answer any of your questions, he speaks English fluently which makes the communication easier, he is always available when needed and is very caring for his clients. The entrance of the building is also clean, the emplacement of the apartment is convenient : close to the beach by car, close to the center and the old city, there’s parking places in front of the building. There is no sound nuisance. Moreover, there’s markets near. To sum up, it was a really good experience! We want to thank the landlord for his professionalism and this appartement that really fits the description. We would love to return there, definitely recommending for everyone especially since the cost is reasonable.
