Charming apartment in the Old Town heart of Split
Apartment Reve a Riva is a comfortable ground floor apt in the heart of the old town of Split. It is set on a quiet street just 250m from the Diocleceans Palace. It has a modern open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining and living area and a shower room. It is 2km to the nearest beach.
The apartment has a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area, two double bedrooms and shower room . It is located on the ground floor in an area called Varoš.
Varoš is an ideal location for exploring the Diocleans Palace, its ancient alleyways and squares, now home to up-market shops and cafes and bars.
Alternatively use this home as a base for exploring the islands of Brac and Hvar and the World Heritage town of Trogir just 20km away.
The apartment is 5 mins walk from the wooded Marjan hill, a great place to walk and cycle and get great views over the old city.
And it is 2km from the large sandy Bacvice beach with seafront cafés and restaurants right by. A 5 minute bus ride away (bus no. 28 from the church close by Reve a Riva) is Kašuni beach with its great beach life with 2 beach bars, water sports and massage tents.
Ultra Europe is in Split each July. A great date in the European party calendar! Book this apt to enjoy this event! It's just a 15 mins walk to the venue.
The ferry station is 600m from the apartment for exploring the islands of Brac and Hvar. The bus station is also 500m from apartment for exploring many towns and cities in Croatia such as Trogir just 20km away. There is large sandy Bacvice beach only 2km from the apt with seafront cafés and restaurants.
Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flight. Split airport is 27 km away. The management company will send full photo directions to you in advance of your holiday.
Directions to the apartment: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the villa where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.
Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
