Completely Renovated Beach house, 2 blocks from the Ocean on St. Augustine's most magical beach. Back yard has seasonal Fruit trees, covered seating area, outdoor shower, BBQ. outdoor Hot Tub Charger for Electric vechiles. Located North of "A" Street, where driving is not allowed. This getaway is walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes.... & only a short stroll from the Beach. Outlet by driveway for electric vehicles. The house is about 14 minutes drive or a 28 minute bike ride to the historic downtown landmarks. 5 minute drive/20 minute bike to Amphitheater. The house is located on a quite street about 2 blocks away from all the action. We rent bikes for less, typically for 1/2 the price of rental shops.

This house is very lovely. All of the amenities are there for an excellent stay. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I look forward to going back again sometime.

Charming and Spacious!

We were wowed from the beginning! The home was beautiful, well equipped and a short walk to the beach! The beds were so comfortable!! If I’m in St Augustine again, I hope to be able to stay here!

Host cancelled last minute

We paid in full to rent this house three months in advance. Less than two days before our arrival the host messaged me that there was a problem with the property and that we couldn’t stay there. Host initially offered to pay for a hotel which was cheaper than the house but stopped responding to messages and texts when I asked him to cancel the reservation in VRBO’s system (per VRBO customer service instructions) so I could get a full refund. VRBO tried to contact the host for us and told me the host hung up on them. We ultimately got our refund through VRBO but during our stay at a local hotel we noticed the property was listed again on VRBO the week we were booked by the host’s spouse at five times the rate we paid. That makes sense now since the host never gave a reason for canceling - since there wasn’t one. This seems to be a trend - reviews on the listing of this identical house by the spouse show a history of double booking. In the week before we were supposed to rent from this host, I sent messages with a few questions and the host was slow to respond or didn’t respond at all. Should have seen the writing on the wall then. Disappointing experience all around.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here in mid Dec. My mom is the kind of person who can never sit down, always cooking and cleaning and taking care of everyone else. So we wanted to get her out of her house for a couple of days to relax for her bday. I was worried that we wouldn’t have much to do at the beach in Dec. But it was still warm enough to take beautiful walks downtown & at the beach, enjoy eating outside at nearby restaurants, relax in the hot tub, and just visit with each other in this spacious home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location

This is a great little house in the perfect location to get to both the beach and old town St. Augustine. Due to the pandemic we weren’t looking to go anywhere so the house we chose had to be the destination in and of itself and this house definitely filled that role.

This house is completely renovated and perfectly decorated for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and just what we were looking for - for a moms weekend away. Just across A1A from the beach made it an ideal location and the hot tub was an added bonus. Brian was responsive to messages and we had zero issues during our stay. Would 100% recommend.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house is well beautiful with an excellent layout and updated immensities. It is excellently located for walks to beach, coffee shop and fun restaurants and bars. Quick drive to St Augustine proper or an affordable uber and you are in the heart of the historic downtown in no time. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

House was exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Outdoor covered patio was a big hit. The location to the beach was great and the fact you can walk to a number of bars and restaurants was great. Great owners and very fast with responses to questions

Great location to get a taste of the Saint Augustine Beach life. The house was completely remodeled in 2018. Also one of the few available properties with a Hot tub & a charger for Electric cars.
