Welcome to the most conveniently located downtown weekend getaway in Nashville with plenty of free parking. This 1929 home in Historic Rutledge Hill area.

With the expansion of Downtown our area is now called So Bro. ( aka South of B’Way)

Approx. a 15 minute walk to downtown Nashville/Broadway; Bridgestone or Nissan Stadium.

And Easy interstate access ( both to I 40 and I 65) . Approx 12 minutes to our airport depending on time of day.

Unique house close to the party but away from the crowds.

Lovely little house with good parking. Stayed here with some coworkers for a conference in town. The house is unique with old school feel but just enough updates to meet all your needs. Plenty of hot water for several people to take back to back showers. Nicely equipped kitchen so you can make your own meals and save a little. The front Patio and garden are wonderful in the evening, especially if it's raining. Good AC and fans for those hot summer nights. Thank you so much Pat!

Comfortable/ great location

I had the pleasure of staying @ this property. It was clean. The host was very responsive. It was definitely walkable to downtown. The gated property was very secure. I would stay here again.

Very Very Happy!

The house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. Broadway was a short walk or a quick Uber ride. Pat was very helpful making recommendations for local attractions and places to eat. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Nashville.

Downtown Nashville

We enjoyed our stay while in Nashville. The house was close to all the downtown attraction but also far enough away that you didn’t hear all the late night noises. We didn’t drive anywhere the whole time during our stay. Our host was very informative about places to eat, things to do and about not trying to drive and park while in Nashville. The house was very well represented. The only thing was there was no living room to sit and watch tv together. You had to watch in the room where one of the couples slept. Would advise opening up a living room or having a tv in both bedrooms especially if it would have been raining. Over all we were very pleased and felt safe.

The perfect place, ease of access that keeps downtown close!

A very nice place that is very comfortable and includes secure parking for more that 1 vehicle. You can walk to downtown & depending on traffic; the airport is only a 10 minute drive!! We were very comfortable staying here.

My husband and I looked for several years for our downtown home. When we finally found it we knew with the crossing of the threshold we knew this was exactly what we were looking for...two months of renovations later we were able to move in. We often walk to downtown for dinner or a Predators game too. Nashville has exploded around our location and that means lots of restaurants to choose from and special events too.

Why they chose this property

The home had good bones but badly needed updating. We replaced all the floors with red oak flooring that is beautiful. And the high ceilings are embossed with each room slightly different in appearance. We also were able to garden and have added a beautiful perennial garden because the soil is so rich...everything grows! We also added a red wrought iron fence surrounding the property for privacy and gated parking for up to 4 autos.

"Even prettier than the pictures"...loved sitting on the front porch with my morning coffee... your home is a real gift...we loved staying here....its a Palace!
