Charming house in Búzios with a pool facing the sea and in the center.

Beautiful beach house on two floors. The whole social area, including the swimming pool, is on the upper floor with views of the sea and the hills. In front of Canto beach (the continuation of Rua das Pedras), very beautiful and quiet, ideal for swimming, walking, doing stand up, fishing or resting. All 5 suites are well ventilated and bright, 4 of them have direct exit to the yard. And the master suite has a panoramic view of the hill of Amores beach. Air conditioning and fan in the rooms. Heating with boiler in bathrooms and kitchen. There is another full bathroom by the pool and beach shower downstairs. Gourmet indoor and outdoor area. Very practical gas barbecue. Ideal house for holidays with family and friends, without needing the car, because the center is 300 meters and to enter the beach need only walk 50 meters. The pool with a view of the ocean is too much. For those who like to cook we have the ideal place, equipped with everything that you need chef, and for those who do not like it so much, we have good cook and a great variety of restaurants very close.

Eso no es verdad. La casa Tiene dos termotanques de 180 litros y el agua llega a 45 grados centígrados a todos los baños. El huesped pretendia que el agua saliera hirviendo y no accedimos porque puede ser prejudicial para la salud . El dia del check out no pagó el consumo de luz y agua, tal vez por eso se quejó durante toda su estadía …
