About this property

HOUSE IN BÚZIOS WITH POOL AND JACUZZI <br>Recanto Ilha de Búzios <br>Available for Carnival

House in Búzios offering complete privacy and tranquility, with a private pool and hot tub.

Located 400 metres from Praia Rasa and Praia da Gorda (approximately a 5-minute walk) and about 20 minutes from city centre Búzios.

Our house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites with walk-in closets, and all are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

The master suite features a hot and cold whirlpool tub and a balcony overlooking the pool.

The living room features a 60-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix, and is very spacious, divided into
two areas (living and dining).

We also have 400 MEGAS internet, excellent for working from home.

In addition, our house has a barbecue grill in the pool area, which is equipped with LED lighting and is fully illuminated at night, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, and dishes for guests to help themselves.

We can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Excelente estadia no Recanto Ilha de Búzios. Experiência Inesquecível em um lugar incrível!!!

Desde a comunicação com a anfitriã sobre o check-in e localização da casa, até a piscina maravilhosa e a limpeza impecável da casa, tudo foi perfeito. Os imóveis em excelente decoração e harmonia fazem da casa um lugar que a gente não quer sair; quer permanecer. Os quartos são aconchegantes com tomadas próximas a cama que facilitam muito a vida. Comodidade mil. Além da varanda do segundo piso, ter uma mesa grande no primeiro andar fez das nossas tardes momentos incríveis. A natureza ao redor juntamente com a INCRÍVEL e grandiosa piscina fizeram toda diferença. As crianças estiveram na piscina aproveitando o dia inteiro. A churrasqueira está em construção e nos deixou com vontade de retornar logo (risos). Quando fomos a praia, bem próximo pegamos a condução. Búzios é uma cidade muito organizada. Sem contar na gentileza, hospitalidade, disponibilidade e ajuda da senhora Rosaria e do senhor Chagas!!! Recanto Ilha de Búzios é um lugar de tranquilidade, paz, natureza e repouso. Você se sente em casa estando num paraíso. Todos meus amigos e familiares adoraram; foram nossas melhores férias . Espero voltar em breve!!!

Férias Maravilhosas

Do contato inicial com a proprietária do imóvel, dona Rozaria (mesmo antes de fechar a reserva), a chegada ao local, os dias hopsedados, limpeza, comunicação e até o término, tudo impecável! Anfitriões muito amáveis e simpáticos. Casa amplamente arejada. Tudo conforme anunciado. Localização privilegiada com paz e tranquilidade. Eu e minha família ficamos muito a vontade, como se realmente estivéssemos em nosso lar. Uma piscina privativa que nos permite curtir até cansar. Com toda a certeza, voltaremos outras vezes que Deus nos permitir!
