Steps Away from the Beach in the Mount Washington Valley

You'll love vacationing in this beautiful, immaculate home that offers the perfect combination of privacy while being just steps away from the beach (less than a 2 minute walk, one house away and across the street and you're there). Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck and an evening drink on the front porch. Three bedrooms and finished basement sleep up to eight people. Enjoy a movie on the living room or basement TV. We provide Wifi, ROKU TV, and you can hook into your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, or other accounts. Enjoy a good game of Foosball, an old-fashioned board game or connect your PS3 or XBox (remember to bring your HDMI cable.) Fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and eat in, or cook out on the gas grille. Roast some marshmallows, make some smores, or just enjoy a nice fire around the firepit . Two full baths. Laundry room. 4 Beach chairs, 3 floating tubes and noodles are yours to use. 5 minute drive to North Conway. 30 minutes to Storyland. 1 h 20 min. to Santa's Village. there is a welcoming center in North Conway with information about local attractions and hiking trails.

LOVED IT!

This property was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for, exactly as described, if not better! 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, a "game room" downstairs that the kids loved, a kitchen full of everything you could possibly need to cook. Walking distance to the lake and a semi private beach, 20 min drive to Story Land, 15 min from Conway. We loved the place so much we discussed making it an annual get away!

Perfect location

This was a lovely, comfortable, and clean home. It was the perfect getaway retreat for our family. It was steps from the beach, helping us to maximize our summer vacation. We loved coffee on the deck, floating in the lake, and playing board games. Additionally, the home was nicely equipped with very nice kitchenware and a good television system. We love the proximity to Conway and North Conway for shopping, Mini golf, and excellent food. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Super Cute House

The owner was awesome and communicated quickly with us. The house is super cute when you pull up and inside. The only down sides to the house were the hill you have to climb to get in and the linens. The beds were not made when we got there, and the expectation was for us to wash the linens. The owner was great to work with us, so it worked out fine. He was really nice about it. That would just be the one thing that I would say could be better. Other than that, it was perfect for our fall foliage trip.

Great house by the lake

We had two couples and 3 kids age 3-10 (7 people total). House was good sized for us, in good condition, and kitchen well supplied with pots/pans/utensils, which was really key as we made all of our meals at the house. We even baked a cake! The location is great, super easy walk to the beach. It was very hot the week we were there and the house kept cool pretty well. No AC, but between the overhead fans and keeping windows closed for the heat if the day, it was quite comfortable. Only complaint is regarding some minor terms of the stay: need to bring your own linens and haul away own trash/recycling. If these services were provided it would just feel so much more welcoming. All in all, it was a great week and we would return
