As you enter the Avon Hills in beautiful Collegeville Township, you'll begin to sense that you've left the rush of the world behind. This private & comfortable 600sf guest suite has a separate entrance and is nestled among pines, birch, maples & oaks. Deer, birds, wood ducks & mallards return to their favorite MN pond, for you to enjoy. A peaceful place to read, rest, relax and reflect!
Moments after getting your personal items put away, you will feel your blood pressure decline. Expect to refresh your mind & body.

About your place:
•This luxury 3 room, 1 bedroom king suite will make you wish you could stay a little longer.
•600sf with private entrance, private deck and paving stone patio with fire pit, for viewing the sway of the majestic pine grove.
•Enjoy your large bedroom. 40' TV and & king pillow top bed, for an excellent nights sleep.
•Room for 2 additional guests on the quality sofa sleeper in the attached living room with 40" TV.
•Hickory and granite kitchenette has refrigerator and freezer, full size built-in microwave and sink Dishes, silverware, glassware and many extras, for your convenience.
•Full bathroom with shower, large jetted tub and double sink vanity.
•Gorgeous views in every direction.
•We welcome your groomed, house-trained pet at an additional $30 a night. (Let us know your special canine need. We love furry friends!) Pets to be placed in pet carrier if/when left unattended in guest suite.
•Prices listed are for up to 2 adults.
•Each person after 2 will be charged an additional $30 per night.

We loved our time in the Dancing Pines Suite. The kitchenette was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well appointed, etc!! The property is beautifully maintained and the setting is gorgeous. We loved it!!! The hosts pay terrific attention to all the details. Clear pride in ownership and a gift of hospitality!!! Perfect weekend getaway!

Jim and Robin are the ultimate hosts and hostess. They thought of every detail and stocked the cabin with high end necessities. The landscaping was impeccable which created a perfect relaxing getaway.

We have always enjoyed serving people. Since 1979 when we were first married and had our first Christmas Party, in a 20' x. 20' cabin that we rehabbed (before that was even a thing...) and had to entertain our guests in shifts, because the space was so tight.
Today we have much more space to accommodate our friends, and our incredible family has grown, but our hearts are still focused on helping people to feel comfortable and enjoy the relationships and beauty around them. Many times, slowing down to enjoy some peace and quiet, reveals the blessing!
We look forward to sharing our little piece of heaven with you.

We absolutely love this convenient location. So close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. I-94 is less than 3 miles away for easy access. Only 2 miles from SJU for sports attractions and visiting. 3 miles to the famous Wobegon trail.
