Why would anyone stay in a highrise when this place is perfect! Location of this property is the popular West End. Close enough for activities but then the feeling of privacy when you get back to your vacation home! This is a getaway like no other! Sit on your deck and gaze at the breath taken view of the White sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Property swimming pool is private for Homeowners and guests and is accessible from the boardwalk located off the balcony. Townhome is so much more room then a condo! With 2 decks!
Rooms are spacious! Sit on the couch in living room and look out the window at the ocean or sunset!
Pier park is 15 minutes away-3.5 miles to 30A-1 hour to Destin-Airport is 16 miles away-Waterpark is 15 minutes.

Absolutely perfect for my long stay!!

I have never been in such an amazing household when it came to the kitchen. They had everything and then some to cook and feel comfortable. They had plenty of bath towels and face cloths so that was not a concern at all and only one set of sheets per bed. When it came to doing laundry the washer and dryer worked great. It's just my opinion but I feel that the bed will need to be replaced in the near future. I personally found it just a bit too soft. And that is just being picky. The location could not have been any better. Living right on the beach and having such a lovely setting made my stay and work I did- absolutely fabulous!!! Peace & total happiness!! I had limited contact with the property manager Carol but she is very diligent and very good with communication. Also, she helped me receive a package, which was essential for me. I did appreciate the assistance. When choosing a property I personally don't feel that there should be any concern with booking this location. It's just spectacular!

Awesome place!

Great place! Very nice master suite. Just make sure you don’t drive a large SUV with a luggage box on top! You won’t fit to go under the building to park! Had a great time other than that small snafu!

Why stay in a high rise. Going down steps-elevators! So much work. This townhome you have 13 steps to a beautiful place staring at the ocean! No crowds! Sand is all your's! You have your own garage. Entrance to ocean from garage-master bedroom-living room-2 decks! You do not have to pack up your beach equipment-you just take it out! You would love Book now! We are following all the guidelines needed at this time. We have hired extra cleaning workers to keep you safe and get you in on time!
