Lakeaholic Living On Canandaigua Lake

Welcome home to a piece of Canandaigua Lake! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home sits directly on the lake offering a private setting with fantastic views. You don't have a long steep hill or have to cross the road to get to the water! The first floor looks out directly onto the deck, dock, and the lake. The kitchen is fully appointed for meal preparation with the large island seating 6 and the farmhouse table seating 8. The family room includes two comfortable couches, and a wall-mounted TV equipped with cable and Netflix. The basement rec room has a ping pong table, foosball table, PS3, and flat screen with cable and Netflix. Kayaks are hanging on the lakeside rack, fishing poles are in the shed, and the fire pit is ready for marshmallow roasting with firewood provided.

The master suite is on the main level with a king bed and bathroom with shower. The two upstairs bedrooms include a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom sleeping four in a twin over full bunk bed and pull out trundle (see pictures). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Amenities also include WiFi and a gas grill. Located on the sought after West Lake road, this house has a view of the sunrise and is 6 miles from downtown Canandaigua. Visit the nearby wineries (Heron Hill tasting room only 3 miles away) and Bristol Mountain's Aerial Adventures course in between time spent enjoying the waterfront. You might also want to visit the nearby Wegmans organic farm that is a quarter mile down the road.

This house is great for couples or families. There is a pack n play for babies and a portable high chair. There are life jackets available for children 30 pounds and up and also adult sizes.

You will have full access to the entire house, the detached garage for parking, and private dock, water, and beach access.

We are very responsive to guests, and are about 30 minutes away if needed in person.

Maximum of 6 adults and 8 total including children.

The dock can be used to load and unload boat passengers. No long-term docking as it will not hold up to the forces of the boat/waves for any length of time.

If staying in the winter, we will make reasonable attempts to clear snow, but guests may need to shovel front steps and a path (about 10-15 feet) if a storm occurs during your stay. The driveway access may be more difficult in the event of a snowstorm as well.
