About this property

Great location, .75 mile west of the BIG HOUSE (15 minute walk).

Our home is an updated 1950's ranch with an open floor plan, that easily handles a crowd.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 large sofas (Sleeps 2-3 People). With 51" Plasma that is great for watching highlights before or after the game.

The lower level has an additional kitchen, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa and full sleeper sofa, Michigan ping-pong table, 60" Flat Screen. A great space to hang out, play games, and relax before or after the game.

The large back yard is perfect for tailgating and playing football or basketball (1/2 court w/ adjustable rim).

pristine Ann Arbor property

We rented this lovely home for my son’s graduation weekend, and it was perfect. Spacious and comfortable, clean and charmingly appointed. Jon was such a kind host, and we appreciated the snacks, coffee, tea, eggs, butter, and half&half in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathrooms. We were 6 adults and 1 child, and there was ample room for us. Fantastic location for the graduation ceremonies at The Big House and Crisler. And that yard is immaculate! Thanks, Jan and Jon, and Go Blue!

Perfection

Jon was available and helpful in every way. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything promised. Jon even offered to mow the lawn before guests were expected to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Location was perfect. Everything in Ann Arbor is easily accessible. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect

Everything about this property is perfect. The location, the owners, the attention to detail, the helpfulness. I could not have asked for better owners to help us maneuver through this weekend. They went above and beyond what they had to to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house was clean and totally prepared for us to swoop in and have a flawless weekend with our friends and family. I can't say enough about this property and owners.

Fab UMichigan graduation house!

We loved our weekend stay with our extended family to see our nephew graduate from Michigan. Jon and Jan made us feel very welcomed and left all kinds of things for us to use, like spices, ketchup, BBQ, seat covers for the Big House stadium, toilet paper, toiletries etc. So nice! The backyard was perfect for a family BBQ and playing various games. Thank you Jon and Jan!
