About this property

Located in a charming, family friendly downtown Clemson neighborhood. It's an easy 10 min walk to downtown restaurants, Starbucks, shops, and less than a mile walk to Death Valley. Convenient circular driveway with lots of room for parking. Double french doors lead to the deck with outdoor seating, grill, and hot tub in the private courtyard which leads to a backyard setting. Our home has 3 bedrooms; one king size bed and two queen size beds, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have WiFi and Direct TV. Our living room has a 52" TV and masterbed bedroom has a 30" flat screen TV. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Our home has a semi open floor plan with lots of natural light. It's a relaxing and family friendly home
