6 bedroom apartment.  7 bathrooms.  All bedrooms have AC and in suite bathroom with wall safe, desk, TV.  there's a hot tub in the hall.  A huge island where you can all eat together, or more formal at the dining room table.  washer and dryer.  Wifi, in the manila area by the police station.  A back area with a wet bar. 2 king beds 4 queen.  Sleeps 12, 5 blocks from LLeras. Can have guests all need photo ID.

The property is in a very nice neighborhood filled with plenty of small businesses all tucked in together. There is really so much to do and explore within 2 blocks of the property’s location. It’s a nice vibe. I plan to visit again soon.

Excellent place!!

Barry, Santiago, and Camilo provided very good service wherever and whenever possible. Very good house location. 6 AC bedrooms with 6 bathrooms in each of them. Perfect place!!

Great location

The location is great and I really like the apartment but the owner Barry is unprofessional. I had already reserved the apartment a few weeks before the trip but I called to ask him if there is a fee to cancel because I told him 2 of my friends might not make it and I was looking to stay at a smaller apartment. He went off on me. He was bashing my friends and telling them to man up and pay. Then he said it's non-refundable. Why is he bashing me and my friends if he knows it's non-refundable? He could of said that from the beginning. I know he was frustrated but he needs to work on his customer service. Anyways I would never rent any of his properties ever again. I just had to be nice to him otherwise he won't let us stay at his apartment. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere! You'll just get a headache working with this guy.

My response is simple. The place is great the location is great. 3 days before arrival he calls to cancel. He insta booked agreeing to the terms. And there simple. Pay the rent Pay the security. Don’t hurt the place. I informed him 3 days (March 3) wasn’t what we agreed to for full refund. Mind you this is pre-virus. His sense of self entitlement. His sense of rules aren’t meant for me. Even though I agreed to this when I check the tos box I’m not mean. I’m not insensitive. But 3 days before and I sit empty there is no way to re book Tuesday prior to arrival. I’m unprofessional and it’s funny to be called this when all I really did was stand up for myself and say no you have to follow the rules you agreed to. When someone leaves your place like a pig style. So horrible and they say your unprofessional I ask what Merritt does there review have? This 6 bedroom is awesome. It’s cheapest ac place in poblado. Hot tub huge kitchen. Sleeps 12 in six bedrooms. 6.5 bathrooms. I invite you to book and see just how wrong Jason is about me.

Large Apartment

The apartment is huge with 6 bedrooms and baths. The neighborhood is quiet and one block from a police station. Very close to Barrio Colombia, Premium Plaza and Parque Lleras. I would recommend to any group.

I highly recommend this apartment!

My friends and I stayed in this beautiful apartment over the weekend. Wow! The apartment is very comfortable for a large group and located in a tranquil neighborhood, but more importantly the personal care is outstanding. Prior to our arrival I sent Barry an email; he responded immediately to my question. When we arrived I received another email checking to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Barry goes above and beyond to care for his guests.

Excellent apartment, fantastic location, fantastic ammenities! Stay HERE!

I stayed in this apartment last week with a few friends and I loved it. Barry and the team at Poblado Rentals have done a fantastic job remodeling this property. In the small enclave of Manila in Poblado Medellin. There are dozens of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and you are two blocks from Avenida Poblado and 15 walk or 5 min taxi ride to Parque lleras.
