Enjoy a typical Athenian apartment with the rare luxe of a real pool in the center of Athens. The apartment has been recently renovated but maintains the original vintage charm (terrazzo floor and wooden pavement).
You have all the comfort of a modern apartment (pool, AC, washing machine, smart TV) yet get the taste of living like a local. The beautiful planted garden is absolutely private and has a pool (counter current installation!) with a beautiful chilling area.

Attention: the only 3 reviews yet were being written prior to the renovation and especially to the pool construction.

Why they chose this property

My grandfather bought the lot of land with his very first big case won, as he was a lawyer. Later he constructed the house little by little. We renovated it for the first time 10 years ago and have now added a completely new constructed area with an high end renovation without destroying the original charm of the house.

What makes this property unique

You will for sure adore as much as I do being in the very center of the city and living all the same totally quiet and secure. The garden is a unique and rare benefit in Athens and incredible relaxing!
