It has two large and spacious living areas, upstairs and down, six bedrooms and five bathrooms, a wrap-around covered deck with plenty of sturdy tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a large gas grill, outdoor hot tub, two large flat-panel TVs, pool table, ping pong, free DSL and WiFi, plus all of the amenities that you might expect from such a place.
Spacious Comfort: Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two large living areas ensure ample space for your group.
Scenic Views: The Master Suite boasts a king bed and panoramic river views, while the lodge's design maximizes natural light and views of the river.

Your Cottage Escape:

Riverfront Views: The cottage, just 15 yards next to the lodge, offers picturesque views of the river.

Unmatched Activities:
Private Dock: Enjoy the tranquility by the river, perfect for fishing, taking in the wildlife, or floating the river. (Please bring all your own water toys and PFDs, none are provided). Small boats (canoes, kayaks, sups) can be put in at the dock by hand. A trailer won't be able to be put in here, but there's a public put in- 2.5 miles down the road/upriver.

Downstairs: King + twin bunk bed w/private full (shower) bath, King + twin bunk bed w/private full bath w/tub, Queen w/full bath outside of the room.
Additional sleeping: Futon and small twin sofa bed by the pool table, no linens provided for these.
Extras: 2 pack-n-plays, 6 cots (24"x52"), no linens provided for these.
Cottage Bedrooms:
Downstairs: Full bed, Twin bunk bed.
Upstairs: Three bedrooms each with a full bed.

Notes:
Age Requirement: Guests must be 30 years or older to rent this property. Copy of drivers license required after rental confirmation.
SHARC Passes: No passes or discounts. Check availability with the SHARC facility for public use.
Outdoor Fires: Allowed seasonally; absolutely no fires June to September, May & October weather dependent.
Fishing: Dock fishing is subject to seasonal regulations; please check local guidelines for details.
