Great place!

We enjoyed the condo. Great location near the beach and the pool. Ashly was a tremendous host and responded quickly to any communications. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beach week

Everything was great. Having tge washer and dryer, and full kitchen made it easier with a group of 7 we had with us. Would highly recommend for a family. The pool was clean and wasn't overly crowded. With a short walk to get to the beach.

Lovely Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Sand Dollar condo. It fit our family well. We did run into some minor issues like the hall bath shower liner needed to be replaced as it was torn, but i replaced myself with a low cost one instead of contacting the owner for such a minor thing. We did have an issue with the dehumidifier not being emptied before we caame but I also emptied that upon arrival and again once while there. The trash compactor is outside the complex and was trickly to find. Overall we would stay here again.

Myrtle beach

The property smelled of marijuana upon first entering. The place was very dirty. Had to clean counter tops ourselves. There was dust piles upon all the fans (both floor and ceiling) that had not been cleaned. There was water damage and peeling of the ceiling in multiple rooms. The refrigerator was covered in rust spots all on the outside. I have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was by far the most neglected property I have ever stayed in. Very disappointed.

I’ve been staying at Mariners Cove since about 05. I come down for Bike Week every year. We don't get all wild and crazy but we like to have a good time. We were respectful of the property and appreciate the owners renting their piece of heaven for us to borrow. We have fun but also know even though we are paying for a room we are an extension of the owners in a way so we are always nice and respectful to the people and the property. Everyone is always very friendly but I’ve been coming so long I do know quite a few of them by now. 😂 Very clean place. No issues for us. Everything was tidy and in order. Bathrooms were nice. Showers are a big thing for me and both were above my standards. The washer/dryer was a big plus for me. And central heat and air was also nice and something I’ve never had from other property’s there. 10/10 would recommend this place. Beautiful view of the canal/marsh. Lots of squirrells and birds in the morning to watch and listen to. We loved it. So many places to go just within walking distance. I’ve always loved the location but the Sand Dollar was great. Thanks

Relaxing and perfect complex

We enjoyed the entire complex! Everything was in perfect order. As the week went on, we Comp templated purchasing a unit. Talking with other owners, they are all happy there. We feel in love with entire complex. Our unit was a delight. Perfect on the first floor. When we had a question, Ashley was quick to respond. We are hoping to return again within the year. Thank you fofr giving us the opportunity

Beautiful Pool and Deck!

Although the condo complex is outdated, the pool is great! The complex was a short walk to Ocean Annie's Beach Bar & Grill, which was VERY convenient if you enjoy listening to live music on the beach! Easy and convenient for all types of shopping. Our particular unit was nicely decorated and overlooked a beautiful marsh. My husband loved that view!

Short weekend get away

Property location was beautiful backed up to the marsh. Minor repairs need to be done. Bedroom door to outside does not seal well. the internal bedroom doors do not shut properly. The water pressure was not great. The setting with the back porch overlooking the Marsh was perfect. The location of the property being close to many things with in walking distance as well as short driving was perfect. I will look to book again.

Perfect for our needs

Although the building is dated, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset. The location is close to amenities. Really enjoyed our time.
