We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the expo center so the house was very convenient. The 2nd bathroom was under construction but we made it work.
We have stayed with Daniel's property before and it is such a great location for our purposes. We usually are working at the Expo Center for travel shows and this location is perfect for a short drive while being close to everything else. It's comfortable, clean, and would highly recommend!
The house was perfect for us. The location was so close to the expo it made it very nice! The owner was supper easy to work with and very quick to respond with any questions. Hoping to stay again next year!

Was very pleased with our experience at this property. Daniel was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Nice place in a safe neighborhood, very reasonable rates! Would stay again for sure.
We had an event at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place suited our needs very well. Daniel was very responsive for the few questions that I had. Recommended.
The cottage was great! The checkin was easy. It’s proximity to the expo and everywhere was perfect. The house was clean, well organized and great for families. We enjoyed evenings in the backyard watching fireflies and relaxing. Just perfect for us!
If you are looking for a close location to the Expo Center this is a great place to be! Nice quiet neighborhood. Daniel was great and very responsive. The only thing that took time getting used to was the trains going by at night.
Highly recommend this property. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The property manager was more than welcoming and made my stay very pleasurable and no hassle. House just as advertised if not better! Cannot say enough good things!
Nice cute home. Could if been alot cleaner. I did clean bathroom good before using. Great host, quick to get anywhere within 15 to 20 minutes. Neighbors behind the house where different, watched us out back, no patio table or chairs. Had a wounderful time. Quite area. Comfortable home. Would just suggest checking after your cleaning services leave to assess their job performance.
Relaxing homey adorable home with cottage feel. Very helpful coffee and bathroom amenities. Safe neighborhood with plenty of stores nearby for pharmaceuticals, food, etc. Host was very responsive when were had confusion on the wifi. Five TVs in the home!
First of all the house is small and very attractive. I love the layout of the two bedrooms with large beds upstairs decent size living gathering room, small bit perfect kitchen with a really great pass-through bar area for entertaining a couple and a basement/laundry room with two beds in it for obnoxious kids. JK every room has a Roku TV in it and is super easy to login with a large credentials and have a little something for everybody. There’s even a TV in the kitchen. Everything was well stocked with real plates and cutlery, spices, and all the essentials that I call Staples. A good size clean refrigerator already cold and ready to go. An amazing fenced in yard so you’re traveling for kids can have full run of the yard with a pretty mural painted as well. Plenty of parking for three or four cars in a very quiet camp Taylor neighborhood that gives you a little bit of feel of the city but still be quiet enough for suburban life all for the price if not a little less than the hotel down the street which was my go to every time I came into town. Shower and some other amenities were updated and it really was a pleasure to stay there. The owner communicated extremely well and was prompt and greeted me with a nice text before I got there. It was very accommodating. I could say nice stuff about this on and on and on, but if you’re looking to stay here, I highly recommend it you won’t find anything close to the price and it’s just the perfect size for traveling. You don’t need more
We loved having a fenced in yard so we didn’t have to worry about our dog wondering too far in a new area. Location is super close to Kentucky Kingdom and local attractions which was nice! It’s near the airport and a train track, so can be very noisy while you sleep if you are not used to those sounds. Shower is awesome! Owner very responsive to questions. Home does have an older feel, but has updates and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!
