Beautiful but generator does not work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rhapsody was gorgeous! Perfect location and breathtaking. We have been on STJ several times and were aware there might be issues with the power grid. That’s why we looked for a villa with a generator. Villa Rhapsody’s generator is faulty. It may turn on and stay on 30 min to an hour, but probably will not switch on at all during an outage. I would never recommend this Villa for that reason. The Villa is too expensive and unable to provide a backup plan for the expected power failure on the island.

Family Vacation for First Timers

The property is wonderful, most notably the views and pools. Great access to shopping, beaches, and Westin resort,. Two small issues for incoming guests. Many of the beach chairs are threadbare and a few are not usable. Likewise, a few of the pool lounge chairs are threadbare. Other than that, outstanding!.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from our stay at Rhapsody. The location is unbeatable, less than 5 minutes to Cruz Bay or the car ferry. We traveled in a group of 4 famliies, and there were 5 small children with us. They loved the pool and had an absolute blast. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling in a group; each bedroom has its own bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED this rental... Perfect location near Cruz Bay, great layout for 2 families, amazing views and grounds. Would love to stay there again on another trip. Hard to find any suggestions at such an amazing place, but only issues were a broken pool light, deck umbrella, and some of the outdoor chairs. Still, HIGHLY recommend...
