Ground floor Aquarius apartment with secure level access to Beach Road at Hawks Nest. This property is directly across the road from the beautiful Bennett's Beach and enjoys a superb waterfront position. This spacious three bedroom two bathroom apartment has an open plan dining and lounge area and this area leads out onto a full size ground floor covered deck with outdoor setting and a barbecue. There is a gate directly off the deck that takes you to Beach Road for beach access.This property has 1 car secured parking area, swimming pool, barbecue area and is set amongst lovely manicured gardens. This property is short stroll to cafes, golf club and local shopping precinct. Sleeps 7 (1 King, 1 queen, 1 single and 1 set of single bunk beds). Property has WIFI & split system heating and cooling. *Strictly no pets* LINEN IS SUPPLIED AT THIS PROPERTY
Please be advised that should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.
We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.
We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.
All guest must ensure they abide by the NSW Short-Term Holiday Code of Conduct Regulations. Guest can find a full copy of the legislation Code of Conduct under policies. Guest will also be emailed a copy of the code of conduct at the time of booking.
