Great Place

We had a nice stay here. It was close to the pool and beach. Also, there is a lazy river that is part of the resort just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other part of the resort property.I really liked the convenience of the parking garage at my level, so we didn't have to use elevators coming and going form the resort.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but we’ve been long time visitors of the area. This is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, the amenities - heated pool, hot tub, lazy River - were amazing and enjoyed by all. This property was clean, cozy and perfect for a week tucked away from all the stresses of the world! We loved it here and hope to visit 404 again - it was such a great choice!

Amazing!

Everything was exactly as promised. Loved the two chairs and umbrella on the beach. The young men working on the beach were very gracious and accommodating. Loved the parking deck. Great location!

New favorite spot!

We normally stay at the Island Resort next door, but decided to give this a try since it had more space and we like to cook and feel at home. Well, it did exactly what we hoped for! We did expect to have another couple stay and share the expense, but they had to bail last min, but it was still worth it for us. Other than the June grass that lingered heavily preventing the usual clear water we're use to, it was a wonderful experience! We come every year so this will be one to book again!

Beautifully Renovated Condo, with 5 Star Service!

The condo had everything and anything we could/would desire! Location was great and we loved the decor. Our family of four had great room to spread out and enjoy the space in the evenings after a great day enjoying the area. David and his team were great with any and all requests that we had. We love having the beach service included as it makes the daily pack up to go down the the beach so much easier, simply let the life guards know you are there for the week, and they have the chairs all reserved for you each day. We also have at least one of two other families who are there with us, and they're happy to set us up all together. Also great is the ability to use the facilities at the "Ramada" now "The Islands" Hotel next door. We love to enjoy the swim up bar in the afternoon, or the oceanfront bar to have a cocktail in the evening! The whole property is clean and well taken care of and we love feeling comfortable for our almost teenagers to explore some on their own. The location couldn't be better with its proximity to "The Boardwalk", we enjoy being able to walk to dinner with our group or enjoy some shopping just a nice short walk down the beach! Be sure you don't skip out on renting a boat and spending the day at Crab Island;we do this each year and its everyone's favorite day of the trip, makes for a wonderfully unique experience! We also love spending a evening wandering the shops at Harborwalk just a few miles away. There is lots to do nearby, but also plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting that we also find ourselves wishing to stay for a 2nd week! We have come to the Destin West Condos from Upstate New York for two years now and we will not stay using anyone other then Coastal Vibe Vacations again for our annual trip!

Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Destin West. It was nicer than the photos—bright, clean, modern, well-appointed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and the pools/ hot tubs. The location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, and walking distance on the beach to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo was in amazing condition. Very clean, well stocked and very welcoming. Had no issues with check in or anything during our stay. Close proximity to entertainment, live music. Kids took full advantage of many pools and hot tubs. Beach service always great. Would stay again anytime!

AMAZING TRIP

We came down March 12-16 and during this time a line of terrible storms came through. With the 30mph winds and some rain, we still had an amazing time. The condo is great, the staff is great, the beach is beautiful and the atmosphere from town is great! There are so many options on where to go, what to do and where to eat. Everything is in close driving distance and some within walking. The condo has everything you need and more. It has a great ocean view. The pools are huge! We will be back!

Amazing Views!!

This condo is amazing on every level. Watching the sunset everyday was wonderful. The condo is very clean and plenty of space. Close to several restaurants, walking distance to the boardwalk and ice cream parlor across street. Amenities are fantastic and very well maintained. Will be back again

The condo was very pretty. Floor needed to be moped. Had to wear shoes or our feet would be black. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool & the lazy river. Also the wi-fi was really bad. Hard to watch TV with it constantly going out.

Spring Vacation

We've been staying at Destin West for about 15 years and worked with many owners and rental agencies. Coastal Vibes has been outstanding, seeing that all of our needs were met. We had one small issue and the maintenance staff was amazing. This was the first time we stayed in 404 Gulfside and we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and organized and there were empty cabinets so we could put our food in. It's very obvious that the owners and Coastal Vibes take great pride in maintaining this home for others to enjoy! We will be back soon!

Picture Perfect!

GREAT! G404 has clear fireworks view

Everything was in order, ready to go and perfect for our beach vacation. I brought 4 recent HS graduates and they were able to WALK to all the fun things nearby: beach, lazy river, arcade, restaurants, go-karts, etc. And the view from G404 is perfect for Wednesday fireworks from the pier and other patriotic holiday fireworks
