New high quality furniture: quality beds, (one firm full, one full memory foam and one twin memory foam mattress). new dining area, new cabinets, flooring, and lighting fixtures with indoor and outside fireplaces. Two bedrooms, complimentary bundle of wood per stay. Apartment is located near bus stop in South Anchorage, near Dimond Center, Costco, Airport, restaurants, cinema, Campbell Creek trail, breweries & dispensaries.

This hidden gem is located in a secluded space. The shared yard is about an acre and has birch and pine trees.

Guests have access to a shared yard which includes a grill, outdoor games and an onsite coin up laundry.

Unwind and relax in a comfortable living space with comfy quality beds for a restful night after an adventurous day.

The place is located in South Anchorage which is a great part of town, close to restaurants, shopping, Costco, grocery stores, Parks, breweries, dispensaries and trails and minutes to the highway out of town towards Seward.
The place is right near a bus stop. There is space available for up to 2 vehicles, sorry no RVs, There is an RV parking lot two blocks away. Most guests rent cars when visiting Anchorage.

Good place; good price.

Convenient location with comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed our stay and were able to use this as our home base as we explored the beautiful area. The provided kitchen dishes made it easy to prepare meals. The space was roomy. There was some night traffic noise as one would expect in an urban area.

All apartments are spacious with fireplaces and an acre land with spruce and birch trees spread throughout the yard but room enough for children to play or to enjoy the grill and campfire. The property is close to restaurants, malls, highway towards Seward Highway, cinema as well as the Campbell Creek Trail and nearby parks.
