* we provide the propane tank for the grill but it is guest who needs to refill it if it is low (15$ to refill at any gas station or a Walmart )
* Wood is not provided but plenty of branches around to pick or Walmart :)
* Deers are running around property so you’d be aware .
* Gated community ( will need a list of guests for authorized entrée )

Annual Ski Trip

While the house is very large and spacious, important to note the following. There is no working tv and there is no radio. So make sure to bring a speaker and games for kids/iPads. If you look to start a fire, you can - just make sure to buy/bring a lighter/matches. If you have small kids bring a gate and lookout for the basement door bc you cannot lock it. All appliances work well (stove, coffee maker, oven). The hot tub is very nice. The house is like 25mins from the mountain. While the rooms are very warm the common areas can be a bit drafty, FYI. Also, and we have been renting houses for the past 6 years- we have never had to pay for early/ late checkout. The owner charges for both. However, communication with the owner was very easy.

Very nice house for our family group

The house was perfect for us. Ame in the basement, my daughter and her family in the main floor and my son and his family in the last floor. It was great to have clean towels and sheets. Thank you! The hot tub and the sauna were great. The games and a lot of the kitchenware need upgrade.

Great open property with lots of things to do!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was 15 of us for a reunion and there was plenty of space and lots of things to do! The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was spacious, kitchen was adequately equipped, and the bathtub in the first floor bathroom is to die for! Great open space for large groups. Rosa was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely come back and visit again! :)

Gorgeous, true to the pictures! Very kind host

We had such a wonderful stay! My friends and I enjoyed the open space, hot tub, sauna, the games, and kitchen. It was very comfortable and home like. The lake was close by some of us even walked it to see the neighborhood. The host Rosa is sweet, helpful and was quick to replay when we would need her. She took care of our needs. We were all extreamly happy about our stay! We would love to go back the next time we can and we recommend anyone who wants to go with a big group. Everyone had a comfy space to sleep. Thank you for opening your beautiful home!
