You will fall in love with this house! Easy access to downtown Austin (20 min) and the airport (25 min). 6 bedrooms plus sleeper options in two common areas means you can spread out and have fun! TWO bedrooms have king beds and two other bedrooms have queen beds plus a two twin room and a bunk room that can sleep 6 to 7. The jacuzzi is great in the fall and winter and you can ask about having the pool heated as well. Ping pong in the back near the pool and 3 arcades... Tornado football upstairs and the airconditioned garage has a commercial Skeeball table, Air Hockey, and Shuffleboard! 3 1/2 baths will make it easy to go from time in the pool to ready for downtown. Just one mile from Pflugerville's (home of Friday Night Lights) charming downtown and an easy shot down 35 or the 45 toll to get anywhere in Austin. You'll love how the backyard is designed for privacy while leaving stunning views of the Texas sky over the adjoining greenbelt.

Bachelor Party

We had a group of 20 and this place was perfect! There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The outdoor area was our favorite, with plenty of shade during the day and cool at night. The game room provides plenty of entertainment and intense competition. Lisa was very responsive with any questions or requests. Would certainly stay here again.

A Great Spot/Host that lived up to the description

I just rented this spot for a bachelor party of 11 guys. I was super impressed by how the property was even better in person than it appeared online. Everything was clean and worked just as I hoped. The neighborhood was great and the local BBQ spot was delicious. The host was super helpful and very accommodating, even refunding the heating fee for the pool because it was already up to temperature! All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend!

Bachelor Party

We stayed at this location for a bachelor party and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Lisa was very responsive throughout the planning process and even came by while we were gone to follow up a small hiccup with the back door code. The grill, pool and arcade room were perfect when hanging at the house and the location was doable as well. About 30 minutes to the airport as well as downtown Austin. For any other bachelor parties considering Austin, this might be your spot of choice! Thanks again, Lisa!

Incredible Space To Entertain & Relax

The property was very spacious with even more sleeping space than advertised. The game room adds a fun touch to entertain guests. The outside is set up perfectly with a grill by the cabana, heated pool, and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This house is really convenient to get to downtown or the airport and is right over the city limits line so that saves you almost 10% in taxes that other properties have to add on. Pflugerville is quite charming and you'll get a taste of Texas here but also can shoot into anywhere in Austin easily. We've added all the extras with two arcade machines, a Skeeball table, outdoor ping pong, corn hole, foosball, and a PS4!
