There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Great location

Functionally equipped apartment in a great location, very close to major attractions. Particularly worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the quiet neighborhood.

Mixed Review

I have mixed feelings about our experience, so I'll give the pros and the cons. The pros include: *comfortable beds *great resort property-loved the gym, pool, hot tub, and sidewalks for walking *easy check in/out process *great space-bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, lanai, and living room. *communication-the management team was quick to reply to emails *location worked very well for all we wanted to do Cons- *cleanliness (place was clean, but there were spots all over the carpet going up the stairs and in master bedroom) *lack of wash cloths, kitchen towels, and beach towels. The management said wash cloths were not supplied for sanitary reasons, so for the first two days, we used the hand towels as wash cloths. Just makes no sense whatsoever. *lanai issues...hot tub was NOT clean. It smelled of URINE. When reported, I was told it's cleaned between guests. Well, it definitely was not as the filters were full of scum, bugs, and debris. Maintenance came and added chlorine tablets (there was none in there) and by the time we left, I think the water was safe. Thank goodness we did not get in the hot tub. Additionally, the lanai does NOT have the lounge chairs shown in the photos. I was told that the previous guests broke them and new ones were ordered, so hopefully, that is being addressed. *Furnishing...there was water damage on both bedside tables in the master bedroom *Master Bathroom Shower-There is damage to the shower door seal and the grouting of the tile is needing attention. I found getting in/out of the shower awkward as the tub is a large oversized tub. For those with stability issues, this would be a concern. So my final review is a 4/5 stars. If I were to return, I would rent a place within this resort, but probably try another company. Although they were quick to reply to emails, the hot tub issue was a BIG safety concern and considering it was never available for us to use, I left feeling cheated.
