No long walks or elevators to worry about and just steps from the pool and sand. This convenience allows you to spend more time relaxing ,taking in the incredible views of the Sea Of Cortez. Sandy Beach is desirable

The Sandy Beach location was great... nice complex, really enjoyed this unit because of it’s ground floor... open the slider and walk right out on to the grass overlooking the pools & sea!

The back patio opens to the pool and beach! So easy to go back and forth. The condo itself is so well kept and decorated. We had everything we needed for 4 nights with adult kids.

Loved the view from our deck and unit. Everything was really nice and as advertised. Only problem was that the furnace did not work. Other than that it was a great stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Penasco.

Favorite place in Rocky Point

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It is absolutely perfect. The location on the ground floor makes it easy to back for drinks or snacks while at the pool. The second bedroom has two beds which makes it fun to bunk with a friend AND still get a good night sleep. I will definitely be booking a third time because I already feel like it's my home away from home!

Fabulous time. This was the perfect place.

Came down for the Easter break and we had a great relaxing time. Perfect for families. This condo was perfect for us family of 4. The kids had there own room and bathroom. Also there room had two separate beds. Perfect! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful veiw and we just had to walk out to the door for the pool and beach.

Our goal is that you have the best vacation ever, and want to come back for years to come.The first time we went to Rocky Point, it was the best vacation we'd ever had. We rent our condos out so that other people can experience the joy of a great beach vacation in a beautiful condo.
