The guests arrived at the beach house, and immediately started complaining about the pillows. They said the pillows (of various sizes )were too soft and horrible quality, so we were happy to supply 10 brand-new pillows of various sizes. Then the guests asked to supply 12 new pillowcases. They were not willing to take the pillowcases off the existing pillows and put them on the newly provided pillows. So we brought them 12 new pillowcases to put on the new pillows.(washer and dryer /detergent are provided at the house). The guest then told me that she was trying to cook three meals a day for 20 people, and that the pots and pans were not large enough, and that she had to cook in batches. We put a brand-new eight piece pot and pan set into that house on the day of their arrival, and they were already three pots and three pans there previously. So the guests already had a total of six pans and five pots. The guest insisted they needed a 14 inch skillet, which we also provided, since the 10 inch and a 12 inch wasn't big enough, and they had to cook in batches. (I have to cook in batches myself, if I am cooking on the stove for 20 people), this is a regular four burner stove that's provided. The guest then called me and said they needed several mixing bowls and measuring cups , A cheese grater, and salt and pepper. Mixing cups and bowls are usually at the property, but with large groups staying some things disappear and we are more than happy to replace them. Wine glasses were all also purchased and provided for the guests upon the request, again things get broken all the time, and with a property that sleeps up to 20 people and some of them are there to party things to get broken and they disappear. There are two AC units in that house, a 5 ton unit and a 3 ton unit. The 3 ton unit was not functioning properly, and it has been REPLACED it was not possible to do it during your stay. Nobody told the guests that it was going to be replaced after the rental season that's complete nonsense because it has already been done. The 5 ton unit is only one year old and has performed during the whole stay. When we entered the property it was 75° on the inside. Maintenance came over and pressed the button on the remote controls and it changed the channels, the guests did not know how to use the remote control, The cable and Internet works fine. I'm assuming a previous guest had messed with the door locks , because the locks always locked, and maintenance fixed that problem

Hi Lori The last AC units were installed three years ago, and we just had new ones installed two weeks ago again. I’m sorry you didn’t thoroughly enjoy your time, but two new AC units have been installed as soon as we were able to do it and get the units and everything is cooling fine now.We still hope to welcome you back in the future
